Chapter 23

707 POV:

Y/N and I hacked away in video chat for hours. I looked at my watch and the time read 4;49 am. I looked back at
Y/N and she had dark circles under her eyes. She was staying up on the power of 17 Dr peppers and 3 bags of HB Chips. Wow, that girl can eat and drink like that and still be freakishly skinny? Impressive.

Of course, I wasn't really affected by it either. In fact, sometimes as a kid I'd go to the doctor and I'd be underweight.

Anyway, she must be super tired. I should try and get her to sleep.

"Y/N." I say.

"Yeah, Luciel?" She replies over the monitor, not looking at me. She's currently working on two other monitors and has her video chat on this computer.

"You look tired. You should probably sleep. I'll work for a bit longer and get more done for tomorrow." I tell her, trying to persuade her. I am a night owl and am very used to staying up for days in a row.

"Nah, I am used to staying up for very long periods of time, I will be fine. Trust me." She says smiling.

"Please, Y/N. You look exhausted. Not just from the work but also from the whole boss and Lilith thing. Rest." I say. And it was true, she looked physically and mentally tired. She was super stressed.

"I don't want you to have to work alone though. I have to help, it's my job." She says, trying to convince me to let her stay up.

"Nope, you sleep. I'll work." I tell her.

"Hmm....I'll sleep on one condition." She says, giggling.

"What is it?" I ask her, confuzzled.

"Y-you.....w-will you have a s-sleepover w-with m-m-me?" She asks, blushing.

"S-sure!" I gush.

"Yay!!" She giggles.

"I'll be over in a few minutes." I say.

"Okay! I'll get some popcorn for us and we can watch a movie!!" She giggles.

"Yay!!" I squeal.

I am super excited. I love sleepovers!! One with her would be so much fun!!! Of course...it's just a sleepover....hehe...*blushes*.

We log out of the video chat and I slip on a pajama shirt, my yellow and black hoodie, and some pajama pants.

I grab my phone and headphones and walk over to her house.

When I get in, she has a dark purple short sleeve shirt and a black pair of pajama shorts on. Her (favorite animal) slippers are on as well as her (hair color) hair in a messy bun on top of her head. She was beautiful.

Her thick black eyeliner on her eyes were a bit smeared as if she were crying? I'm not sure. I'll have to ask her about it.

She holds the door open and ushers me inside. "Cmon!!! I have a movie picked out!!! It's a scary one!!"

"Ooh!!! Me likeeee!" I exclaim.

"Wait until you see it! It's gonna be scary!!" She squeals and giggles a bit.

Me and her run into her room, the popcorn in a bowl, sitting by her bed. We jump on her bed and lay all the pillows out the long way so we both have a lot of room. We fix the blankets so me and her both have one by ourselves and one to cover us both. We also have one pillow each to scream into if we get scared of the movie.

She walks to her biggest monitor and attaches it to the wall, using a wall holder thingy she bought. She turns it on and turns on Netflix.

(Lol get it, Netflix and chill....hehe..hehe....okay I'll be quiet now.)

She starts the movie and picks up the popcorn and puts it in the middle of the bed, and she scrambles under the blankets. The lights are currently turned off so it's even more scary.

The movie starts and we both go quiet, concentrating on the movie. I get a little prank idea in my head.

Y/N is currently looking at the screen, frozen there in fear. It's quite funny.

I quietly kneel behind her and reach out my arms. I grab her shoulders and yell, "RAAH!!"

"AAAAAAAH!!" Y/N screams and jumps up, spilling the popcorn everywhere.

She scrambles under neath the blankets, hiding. I laugh really hard and then she pushes me hard, so I fall off the bed.

She laughs at that and I frown playfully. "Ha ha ha." I laugh sarcastically and get up, and jump into the bed. I tackle her and she squirms under me. She tries to fight back and we sit there play fighting for about 5 minutes before she gets me on me back and she is straddling me.

She is giggling and then blushes. I blush at her blushing and she jumps off of me. "S-sorry." She says, looking away. I chuckle a bit and put a finger under her chin making her look at me, "How much human interaction did you get before you met me?"

"Uh.....I don't know. You are my first friend. Besides you, I have been alone since I was 15." She sighs.

"Yeah....we have that in common." I say.

"Really?" She asks.

I nod and explain what happened to me and Saeren as kids and how we went out separated and just recently found each other again.

She looks at me through it all.

Never once does she make any facial expression, and I realize the only feeling I ever get from her face is loneliness and a lost girl. When she is happy it is usually forced. She has been through a lot and I'm going to try and fix it.

I then realize how close we are, our faces right next to each other.

I snake one arm around her waist, and her breath hitches. She brings her hands up to my chest. I use my other hand to move a lost strand of hair out of her face.

Her face reddens and she leans a bit closer, as do I.

Our lips only a fraction of an inch away, I sweetly press my lips against hers. She doesn't hesitate to kiss back.

Our lips envelope each other. Y/N brings her arms up and wraps them around my neck. I respond by cupping her cheek.

I run my tongue across her lower lip, asking for entrance and she accepts. My tongue adventures all throughout her mouth, and finally dancing with her tongue. Like a beautiful duet.

I pull away for air. She pants a bit. We both blush and she then hugs me. "Don't ever leave my life." She says, her face buried in my chest.

"I never planned on leaving." I blush.

"Good." She smiles.

I turn off the movie and we decide it's time to sleep. I get into bed with Y/N and I wrap my arms around Y/N, holding her close to me.

She snuggles her face in my neck and falls asleep. I kiss her forehead, before falling into a world of dreams.

They finally kissed!!! Omg!!!
