So you are an adult. All the clichès tell you that the world is yours and you now have the freedom to grasp the opportunities. But I'm wondering if adulthood leads to complacency whereas in childhood you have a sense of freedom due to your adventurousness. Are we growing up to settle for boring and predictable because it is familiar instead of remembering how it felt to see the world in a colourful and exciting way? I am left with the question: Is this all there is?
