Stephanie POV:
Maia and I are walking around the mall when I see my ex boyfriend that I hid from my foster parents. I say to Maia "Can we go this way?" I point the other direction.
"Why?" She says.
"My ex boyfriend is over there. Things have been awkward between us ever since we broke up." I say.
"We'll ignore him. I want to show you a store." She says confident that I'll be fine. But I'm not. He walks up to us.
"Hey Stephanie." He says.
"Hey Matthew." I say nervously.
"Can we talk for a minute?" Matthew says.
"Uh yeah sure." I say still nervous.
"Stephanie, I've been bugging you a lot because things have been different with me. I want you back Stephanie." He says not caring that Maia is right there.
"Ok. One more chance." I sound relieved.
