Perfection (Chapter 11)

Stephanie POV:

I'm so excited. Matthew said he would text me right away. And he did. I say to Maia when I get it "OMG! My first text from Matthew."

"What did he say? What did he say?" Maia says excitedly.

"He says 'Hey. What's up? Miss you already.' Eek! I can't believe he misses me already!" I say really excited.

"Ask him how his brother is." Maia says.

"Ok." I text Matthew back and ask him how Sean is. "Ok. Let's wait for a text back."

"Ok." Maia says.

"Wait... You have a crush on Sean don't you?" I say suspiciously to Maia.

"Maybe.... Ok fine. I do!" She says smiling. My phone buzzes.

"He said 'Sean is good. But how are you?'" I say. I'm smiling so big.

"Say 'I'm good. How are you?' Back." Maia says.

"Will that be good?" I say nervously. Maia nods her head yes so I put that. We wait for a response. The response I get is 'Hey meet me at the park.'

"Uh Maia can you come to the park with me? Matthew wants me to meet him at the park." I say scared.

"Yeah sure. Let's go." Maia says standing up. I stand up and walk with Maia.

Maia POV:

I'm not so sure Stephanie is ok. She's never said anything as scared as she asked me to come. I know I just met her but she has a lot of confidence. I say to her "Is everything ok?"

"I don't know. Matthew wants me to meet him at the park." She says.

We where walking when I bump into someone. It's Ross. Oh no. "Hey Ross." I say.

"Hey Maia. Where are you guys going?" He says.

"Stephanie's boyfriend wants her to meet him at the park so I'm going with her so if anything happens someone is with her." I say to Ross looking at Stephanie a few times.

"Cool. Can I go with you guys?" He says.

"Sure." I say.

Ross POV:

I walk to the park with Maia and Stephanie I'm so happy to be with Maia again. I missed her so much. And Stephanie stopped spying. We get to the park and Stephanie goes over to maher boyfriend.

"So... Rossy." Maia says.

"I missed you." I say leaning on to kiss her.

"I missed you too." Maia say putting her arms around me.

Instead of standing there waiting to see what happens next I kiss Maia. And she kisses back. I pull away and say "So..." That's when Maia and I look over and see Stephanie and her boyfriend hugging. "I hope they kiss." I say to Maia.

"Me too." Maia says. I have one arm around Maia and he lays her head on me.

Stephanie POV:

It turns out Matthew didn't want to brake up with me again. Actually he wanted to ask me to the next school dance. And we ended up hugging.

"So... Matthew. I really like you still." I say.

"I really like you still too." Matthew says starting to smile.

"Does anything I say sound awkward to you?" I say to him.

"No. Why?" He says with a confused look on his face.

"Cause. I'm wondering if you want to kiss me." I say looking at Matthew.

"I was wondering the same thing." He says smiling.

I lean in to kiss Matthew. And we do kiss. It was my first kiss. And I looked over still kissing Matthew and Ross and Maia where kissing. It's a miracle. I kissed Matthew and got him back. Maia and Ross kissed at the park. Life was great. Raia was perfect. And Matthew and I didn't brake up again.
