New case

"So Lindsay, Halstead you have today desk duty. Paperwork!!"

Voight said and pointed on the huge pile of files, which covered their desks. Everybody else got a part of the new case, and Erin sighed.

She sat down and started to work on her open cases when her phone beeped, it was a message from Burgess

"Hey sweetie, have you told him already??! I can't keep this secret any longer.
Love Kim"

Erin readed her message and looked up to Jay with a small smile, before she replied

"Hi, I haven't told him by now. But I will tell him tonight after dinner.
xoxo Erin"

Erin locked her phone and stood up, she walked over to Jay and kissed him softly. Being apart of him, even just a few steps apart, was unbelievable hard for her. She chlucked when he pulled her onto his lap and she kissed his nose

"I love you handsome"

Erin said and caressed the back of her neck

" I love you too Angel"

Jay answered, their lips found each other again, the keeped making out until they heared footsteps. Erin fastly walked over to her desk and wrote down something on her files.

"Halstead, Lindsay get ready! We found the villain, we all met us downstairs in 10 minutes"

Voight said and everybody nodded, fastly the whole team got into the locker room and grapped their vests. It was an unwritten role that Erin and Jay helped each other with their vests, when the finished Burgess came over to Erin.

"You will miss this right? All the action"

Kim said with a mischievous smile and nudged her side, she overplayed the fact, how worried she was. Erin was her best friend and the fact that nobody knew that she was pregnant was horrible, for sure Voight would give her desk duty, to keep herself and the baby safed . All she could do was praying for today, because tonight Erin would tell it Jay.

When they arrived infront of the building 40 minutes later, Erin and Jay had teamed up like always. Both of them smiled when they looked into each other's eyes and Erin said

"Jay, babe? When we got back to 21 I have to tell you something, alright?"

She asked him with a raised eyebrow, a wide smile formed on her brims. He squeezed her hand and she knew that was a yes, but they got interrupted by Voight

"Let's get inside. Ruzek, Halstead front door. Al and Atwater cellar door. Everybody else the back door!!"

The team nodded their heads positive and made their way to their position, Erin and Jay shared a quick kiss, before they teamed up with their partners.

"Ready, steady, go"

The heared Voight through the wireless, and they entered the house. It didn't took long until the heared someone shooting.
