haphazard attempts of something akin to sympathy were administered to him for the whole day and the whole night and forty more after that. proper etiquette for grieving were ignored for once, and all over the death of someone he didn't even care about. they expected something more from him though, demanded tears and sobs and tried to force the loss through his body, make him feel the absence of such a person. all he felt was some form of numbing disinterest. they all roared for more emotions for him, but it was his mourning and it was his job to show what he wanted to. after all, it was his mother that died.
