Ok so I I have some comments that they're confused. Well someone new also came into the picture. Dipper met Jeff, his father, Jane and a few others. So who is this mysterious person....... only would know. But think about why Dipper is so shocked to see this person. That's my only hint. And it's a bit of a give away.
