"Lizzy! Where are you?" Sonny yelled as he entered our apartment.
"In the kitchen" I yelled back as I took a tray of cookies out of the oven.
I turned around to see Sonny with his hands behind his back, hiding something.
"What are you hiding?" I asked looking at him suspiciously.
"Why do you think I am hiding something?" he answered nervously.
"I don't know, it can't be because you are keeping your hands behind your back" I said sarcastically
"I have no I-" he was saying, before he was cut off from the sound of a dog barking.
"Sonny, you brought another dog home!" I said a bit annoyed.
"But Lizzy, I didn't plan on getting a dog this time. He just followed me home" Sonny said as he took his hands from behind his back, to show me the small dog.
"We have a dog already" I said.
"So now he can have a friend" he smiled back.
"Fine, you are so lucky I love you" I smiled
"Thank you so much, you are the best girlfriend ever!" he said happily as he pulled me into a hug.
"I promise, this will be the last time I come home with a new pet" he said
"Babe, don't make promises you can't keep" I laughed as I started walking away.
"Lizzy where are you going?" he questioned
"Well, we are going to have to give the dog a bath"
"Ok" I hear him say as he fallowed behind happily, with the dog in his arms.
