"We are going on in five" I say as we started walking back to the studio from the break room.
I have been working with Marshmello for the last year, my job is to book interviews and help with the shows. We have became really close friends and we would joke with each other, I really like him but I have no idea if he feels the same.
"So how do you feel about your new song friends?" I heard the interviewer ask as she moves closer to Marshmello.
"We'll the song was a collaboration with Anne-Marie, and I had a great time working with her, she has an amazing voice" he answered
"Well I think the song is great are there any new songs that you are working on right now?" she said as she sends a flirty smile to him
"Well I have just been working on some, but they are not even close to being done yet" he laughs
"Well I bet you they will be amazing when you are done" she says as she places a hand on his leg and he doesn't seem to mind it.
I couldn't stand just watching them flirt with each other anymore, so I just decided to go back to the break room and wait till the interview was over.
I was so caught up with my phone that I didn't notice when someone else had entered the room, until I felt someone sit down next to me on the couch.
"Is the interview over?" I asked looking over at Marshmello
"Yeah, why didn't you stay to watch?" he asked
"I had a phone call to make" I lied as I look back down at my phone
"Are you ok y/n, you have been really quiet today?"
"I'm fine" I answered
"Come on, you could tell me" he says
"Do you promise not to act weird or freak out" I asked nervously
"I promise"
"I like you a lot, that's why I didn't stay for your interview because I couldn't stand watching you flirt with each other. It's fine if you don't feel the same I understand" I say nervously
"Y/n I have liked you since the first time we have meet, I just thought that you only say me as a friend" he says
"You like me?" I asked surprised
"Yeah I think you are the most beautiful and amazing girl I have ever meet, and I was thinking maybe we could go out to dinner tonight, just us?"
"Yes, I would love to" I say as he happily pulls me into a hug.
