Porter was lying on the couch watching TV as I walked into our shared apartment. I had just came back from my jog so I started to make my way towards our bedroom, to get clean clothes and take a shower.
"Hey babe, do you know where my laptop charger is?" he asked as he got off the couch
"It's probably in the bedroom and shouldn't you be packing, you leave tomorrow"
"Yeah I was going to but I decided to wait so you could help me" he said with a smile
"Ok you start and I'll come help after my shower" I kissed his cheek before heading to the shower

I finished brushing my hair and made my way to the bedroom, I walked in to find Porter lying on the bed with his suitcase that was still unpacked beside him.
"You cound't even pack a t-shirt without my help" I laughed as he looked up at me
"I found my laptop charger" he said proudly as he pulled me onto the bed with him, while he started attacking me with kisses which causes me to laugh
"Come on" I said as we started to finally put clothes into his suitcase
We were about half way done packing when I feel Porter wrap his arms around me and kiss my cheek.
"Can we take a break" he asked
"Sure" I say sitting down on the bed
I ended up sitting with my back against the bed's head board and Porter was lying with his head resting on my lap. He was busy on his laptop trying to finish and touch up his songs, before he had to leave for tour tomorrow afternoon. While he was busy with his laptop I was playing with the ends of his dark brown hair.
"Porter"
"Yeah?"
"You really need to finish packing" I said trying to get up
"I'm tired and it's getting late, could we finish packing in the morning?" he asked with a sheepish smile while pulling me into a kiss
"Fine" I said as we parted and he moved his laptop so I could lay my head on his chest
