*Frisk's POV*

For the next few days, I never saw G.

Not on the streets, in the shop, he was no where in sight.

So I decided to shove him aside again, telling myself, 'This is a G free world, remember?' Though I couldn't shake that want of running again, running with G as we striven for freedom.

I ignored it best I could.

While I laid on the couch, a lazy Saturday weighing me down with blank relaxing thoughts, there was a loud knock at my door.

My heart beat fast, and a sad realization crossed me, as I realized I don't get much visitors.

Which is probably why I got up and adjusted my shirt before opening my white door.

It squeaked open, and I rubbed the laziness from my eyes as I looked at who was at the door.

To my surprise, two monsters, a goat woman, and her goat son, stood in the doorway.

Monsters didn't take a favor to humans, much the same we didn't take favor to them, so I just stared at them for a moment without a greeting.

Though I didn't need to, because the goat woman spoke to me first and she said, "Hello! My name is Toriel... would you like some tea and maybe some pie?"

Toriel held up a basket of goods, and I couldn't say no to the smell of gooey butterscotch pie.

I opened the door as an offering for them to come in, a smile crossing my lips.

They both walked in, and I noticed her son was about 21, two years older then me. He had long white ears, and a white snout. The white accented his shining blue eyes, and he smiled slightly at me while I let him in. He wore a black leather jacket and black jeans, with a white shirt underneath which made it seem like no shirt at all.

To be honest, I blushed only slightly and had to avert my eyes before I said something stupid.

Shutting the door, I realized Toriel was already at the counter to set up the pie and tea.

"Very nice weather," She said in her sweet tone, making me want to doze off in a meadow of yellow flowers when the sun is high, "We had no trouble getting here. Did we?"

She glanced at her son while cutting some pie, and I looked at him as well.

He stared at me with his eyes lowered, his smile spreading more as he studied me.

This caused me to shiver, and I remembered how I had no idea who these people were.

"Excuse me," I said softly, walking to the kitchen where Toriel worked, "I apologize for interrupting this little conversation, but I wanted to know, uh... what are you doing in my house?"

Without putting down the butter knife she used to cut, Toriel laughed a kind laugh as if she was having a family dinner and did this everyday.

"Oh I am so sorry!" She exclaimed, her voice still having that sweet enjoyable tone, "We were some neighbors from down the street, and we uh... Noticed you walk to work everyday! And we thought that a girl who works so hard deserves a reward right?"

Even though her excuse was weak, and my curious suspicions grew, Toriel's sweet voice and the smell of steaming butterscotch pie seemed to shut me down into a dazing smile.

"Oh..." I said in a soft friendly voice, something in me melting like the pie, "Well thank you, I do work as much as I can..."

Toriel giggled and her son continued to look at me, his eyes full of interest, and something else I couldn't put my finger on.
