Stary night confessions: Gordie imagine

A/n: so this is based off of an idea that someone sent in for a Teddy imagine that I have tweaked and made into a Gordie imagine so enjoy.

You and Gordie had been best friends since you were both little kids. You had decided to go and camp out under a tree one night. You were sitting by the fire talking about school when you decided that it would be a fun idea to climb up to the top of the tree so you could get a better view of the stars. You and Gordie both climbed up to very top of the tree and got comfortable. It was silent for a moment before Gordie spoke up "there's a lot of stars tonight" he said casually "yeah" you relied quietly continuing to look at the stars. You and Gordie took turns at pointing out different constellations and shapes in the stars for awhile before Gordie turned over and looked at you "uh y/n, I have something to confess to you" he said quietly. "Yeah? What is it?" You asked. "Well, since we were little I've kinda had a crush on you." He whispered quickly turning so he wasn't facing you. "Me too" you whispered back. He turned back around "really?" He asked genuinely shocked. You nodded your head "really" you replied back. You both took each other's hands. "I love you y/n" "I love you to Gordie"
