You and Gordie had grown up together so you spent most of your time hanging out with him and the rest of his friends. All of the boys were really nice to you, all except Teddy. You didn't know what his problem was but he either rudely ignored you or on the rare occasions that he would speak to you, he was nasty and insulted you. Usually you could take boys being mean to you but you had a massive crush on Teddy so his words really hurt.

One day you were in the tree house with Gordie, Chris and Vern, when Teddy came in. You felt those annoying butterflies in your stomach that you always felt when he was around but you quickly reminded yourself that he didn't like you and that you were wasting your time liking him. As per usual, Teddy rolled his eyes when he saw that you were there. "What's she doing here?" he asked looking extremely annoyed at the fact that you were there again. "Like seriously, must she always be here? Her ugliness hurts my eyes. No wonder my vision is so bad" he said. This time you had had enough. You left the tree house crying. Teddy instantly felt guilty. "Don't you think that maybe you should go and talk to her and oh I don't know.. maybe apologise!" Chris said sarcastically. "Yeah I guess so" Teddy mumbled before exiting the tree house too.  

Teddy found you sitting on a fallen down tree, sobbing into your knees. "Y/n?" Teddy whispered quietly. "Are you alright?". You didn't say anything, you just continued to cry. Teddy sat down next to you and began to rub small circles on your back. "I'm really sorry you know." he whispered. "I don't mean to be such a jackass. I only do it because.. because I.. I uh like you and I didn't want you finding out cause I thought that you would think that I wasn't good enough for you". You looked up at Teddy in shock. You couldn't believe what you had just heard. "What makes you think that your not good enough for me?" You asked seeing the sadness in his eyes. "well.." he begun ".. I'm kinda.. you know.. crazy. And I'm not nearly as attractive as Chris and I don't have much of a filter when it comes to saying stuff." he said quietly, starring at his feet. You lifted up his chin with your fingers so he was at eye level with you. "I think that all your flaws and imperfections make you perfect. And I always thought that I wasn't good enough for you" you said turning away from his gaze. "I mean, I'm ugly and fat and I'm not really anything special" you said tears forming in your eyes again. Teddy pulled you into his arms and kissed the top of your head. "Please don't ever say anything like that again. I think that your perfect and all that stuff I used to say was just me being a dick. Please forgive me and please stop thinking and saying that stuff about yourself y/n. I love you" he said stroking your long y/h/c ponytail. "I love you too Teddy." you whispered, relaxing your whole body against his.     ­

I loved writing this one and I think its defiantly one of my favourites that I've written so far. Please send in ideas and I was thinking that I wanted to do a song preference for one of the other boys so if you have any suggestions of songs that you like and maybe a boy to go with it please comment down below. And I also wanna start doing a QOTD with you guys to get to know you all a little better cause I think that you're all absolutely amazing and if no one likes it then I'll stop but for now lets trail it.
