Mei's POV

''What's the distance to the target?''

''Five meters, i'm ready any time''

I cleared my throat to make sure they didn't think i bailed on them. Although that's not a bad idea....

Naruto-san jumped out of the tree and onto the poor unsuspecting target.

''Is there a ribbon on it's left ear?''

''Affermitive''

''Good. Lost pet Tora mission complete''

The rest of us walked out of the trees and saw Tora struggling in Naruto-san's arms, scratching his face. After scarching and escaping Naruto Tora ran into candy floss and scartched her too. I like this cat.

I crouched down in front of Tora and held my hand out to her. After watching me for a while Tora climbed into my arms and let me hold her while hissing at the other two if they got too close.

''WHY DOES THE CAT NOT SCRATCH YOU YA STUPID MUTE'' Maybe becasue i don't scream bitch.

''AWWWWWW. My cute little Tora-chan. I'm so glad you're back'' I could see Tora reaching out to me with pleading eyes but i only mouthed a sorry and it fell limp into her owner's arms. I am so sorry Tora. Next time i'll save you from that fat whale of an owner.

babysitting an elder's grandson, shopping in the neighboring village, and help with potato digging''

''NO NO NO!!'' Que the complaining and screaming. ''I WANT TO DO A, YA KNOW, A MORE INCREDIBLE MISSION!! FIND US A BETTER ONE''

Naruto-san held his arms in an x shape while screaming at the hokage. Sasuke-san seemed to be agreeing and Kakashi-san just seemed done with life as a whole.

''YOU IDIOT'' Is everbody playing the try to make Mei fucking deaf game or something. ''EVERYONE STARTS OF SIMPLE JOBS AND WORKS THEIR WAY UP''

''BUT BUT!!! WE KEEP GETTING THE WORST JOBS''

''Be quiet you'' Kakashi said as he was hit over the head. Sometimes i feel sorry for him. It's like everyone is trying to give the poor boy a concussion.

''Naruto, it seems as if i have to explain to you what all these duties are for-'' and time for me to ignore him. I am not listening to a lecture.

I do want to go on a better mission though.How can i make the hokage change his mind? Wait.

Once i saw that the old man had finally stopped talking i threw the newly made paper plane at him. He opened it up and read what it said.

'Can we go on a better mission Hokage-sama? I'm sure Haru-chan would like to go out but he could always break down the wall to get out. (Seid ihr das Essen? Nein, wir sind der Jäger!)
While killing innocents of course.'

He looked up to me and paled when he saw the stuffed rabbit in my arms. I blinked a couple times and gave him my most innocent look.

''R-right then.I'll give you a C-rank mission since Mei persuaded me so nicely''

The others looked at me with shock and confusion, wondering how i could persuade the hokage to give us the mission without even talking.

''The mission to gaurd a certain person''

''WHO WHO? A FUEDAL LORD? A PRINCESS?''

''Calm down, i'll introduce him''

At that the door opened and we turned to see an old man with a sake bottle in his hand. He looked drunk.

''They're all a bunch of brats, especially the shortest one with the stupid look on his face. Are you really a ninja''

I gulped and casually hid behind Sasuke-san. He gave me a questioning look but didn't act upon it.

''HAHAHA. Who's the short one with a stupid look on his face?''

It took him a couple of seconds to process what was going on but he eventually figuared it out.

''I'LL KILL YOU''

''Naruto, we're supposed to protect the client, not kill him''

''I am the super expert bridge builder Tazuna. I expect you to give me super protection until i get back to my country and finish the bridge''

''Okay guys, meet at the gate in 30 minutes'' With that said, Kakashi poofed away leaving me here, again.
