I laid in bed thinking about Sydney, wondering if he'll actually come like what Meghan said. Alex walks in and shuts the door behind her "Addison is home now. I need to talk to you. . ." I sat up quickly and motioned Alex to come sit down. Alex looked fairly upset but I don't know why she would be, everything in her life is going great. Alex got a soccer scholarship to one of the best colleges around, she's always out with her friends partying, she has her boyfriend and she is a very popular girl. Alex flipped her hair out of her face and sighed "Meghan says Sydney is coming. . . and they're ready to put her plan into action" Alex placed her hands in her lap and looked at me nervously. I gave off a tired look to Alex and ran my fingers through my hair tightly "really. . . what am I going to do Alex. . . Addison still doesn't know about Sydney. . . she might flip her shit on me"

"Parker you need to relax. . . maybe you guys lay back on going out together or stay away from Meghan in school, she's planning on tell Addison about you and Sydney"

"tell me about what?"

Alex and I quickly looked over at the door and found Addison standing there, she had a very concerned look on her face and her eyebrows were raised and her blue eyes suddenly looked like a very sad grey. "Parker and I were just talking about how I might not take the soccer scholarship anymore" Alex saved us with this one, Alex was a incredible liar, when I was nine years old she told me that we are supposed to call mom, dad and dad, mom and it took me a week to realize Alex made it up.

Later that night Addison and I sat in the kitchen doing homework together. Addison got up and grabbed a tea and looked over at me "hun earlier today during lunch Meghan said "Sydney" and you freaked out and looked at her like you were scared. . . what was that all about?"

I walked over and grabbed a water trying to think up of a lie, because no way in hell I'm gonna tell her why "what did you say Ads?"

Addison sighed and looked down at her tea "today during lunch, Meg said "Sydney" and you freaked out-"

"oh. . . I just thought she called my name"

"how did you get Parker from Sydney?"

"I-"

Alex ran into the kitchen she was all decked out in her jogging clothes and grabbed water singing one of her favourite songs. Addison luckily got distracted by Alex and joined in on singing the song, that song Addison also seems to love.

Addison's phone vibrates behind me and I look over and saw a message from a unknown number, I read the text and instantly knew who it was just by the text:

"Parker is gay and his ex is coming for him Addison. Addy. . . Parker doesn't want you anymore."

Addison was focused on Alex, so I grabbed her phone and slid out of the kitchen, into the bathroom. I quickly get into Addison's phone and block the number. I didn't want Addison to have a chance of her knowing about Sydney or this plan. I rush into the living room and drop off the phone on the coffee table and rush back into the kitchen. When I walked back in no one was in the kitchen, Addison's textbooks were gone, so I guess she must of went up to her room. I grabbed my books and my phone and head up to my room.

I took off everything except for my boxers and climbed into bed. I laid in bed trying to fall asleep but I couldn't, there was just so much going on: my mom and I have a terrible relationship, Sydney is now apparently here, Meghan is trying to tell Addison about Sydney and now I'm lying to Addison and I hate it. I don't want to lie to Addison but I need to, she can't find out and if she does she'll probably drop my ass within a second. What's bothering me the most is how Addison's and I relationship is hanging by a thread right now and only Alex and I know.
