Journey (Carl and Enid)

Chapter 10

By the time everyone saw this Enid Carl were 20 miles away. They took a few cans of food seeds for planting and 5 guns.

"Carl look" they found a small house in a meadow."it's perfect"
"Yea it's great"
They ran to the house they were carful but there weren't any walkers for miles. The house was clean but beginning to dust which meant the person living here recently left or died Carl and Enid knew this. In the house there was one bedroom a bathroom and a living room with a fireplace and a couch. There was also a kitchen and a diningroom.
"It's so gorgeous" said Enid.
"Yea I know"
Enid sat on the couch and nodded towards Carl.
"Common cowboy sit with on our couch." Enid said with biggest smile. Carl sat down and put his arm around her she snuggled up next to him.
"This can be are life Carl this sitting on a couch watching the fire burn talking sleeping I don't know about you but I'm so happy we left."
"Me too Enid I don want to go back this is just to perfect." They both fell asleep on the couch that night they were about 20 miles away from Alexandria.

Back at Alexandria Rick was freaking out about the note they left.
"What the hell are they doing I mean how
stupid can they get!" Rick said slamming the note onto the table.
"Rick calm down!" Said Michonne.
"No I'm not going to calm down that's my kid out there he could be dead for all I know!"
"Rick it's Carl are you really that oblivious him and Enid know how to survive hell Enid survived on her own for months they wouldn't have left if they thought they couldn't handled themselves get over yourself." Rosita said in a annoyed voice.
"So everyone here agrees that we shouldn't go after them." Rick says in amazement.
"Look Rick we're not saying that we aren't worried about them because we are Enid's like a daughter to me but were saying let them go don't stress over them don't risk people's lives on kids who don't want to be found." Maggie said in a reassuring voice. They all went back to there houses Michonne tried to get Rick to relax but he didn't he went and fell asleep on his bed.

2 weeks later
"Carl wake up I made breakfast." Enid said while shaking Carl.
"What you made breakfast." Carl said in shock.
"Haha very funny common." She said while pulling his arm.
"I'm coming  I'm coming."
When Carl went I'd the kitchen there were eggs and bacon on the table.
"Where did you find this?" Carl asked.
"Well I kinda took it from Alexandria." She said with guilt in her voice.
"And you hid it from me for two weeks Enid." Carl said while shaking his head  and smiling. Everything was happy when they herd a knock on the door.
"What was that?"Enid whispered. Carl shook his head and walked over to the door he looked through the door hole and turned around annoyed.
"What?"
"Guess who." Enid looked confused as carl opened the the door.
"Hi" Michonne said. Enid's face grew when with anger.
"What do want." Enid snapped.
"I just wanted to see how you were doing."
"How did you find us?" Carl asked.
"I walked that's all"
"Are you going to tell my dad?"
"Carl I would never do that but I see that you are doing well so I will tell him that ok"
"I guess that's fair" Enid said.
"Hey Michonne do. you want to stay for breakfast?" Carl asked.
"That would be lovely Carl thanks." After breakfast Michonne left promising not to tell Rick about their location.
"Well that was fun." Enid said sarcastically.
"Ohh common you know it was fun."
"Yea yea I guess it was kinda nice not to just see your face." Enid said with a smile. "Hahaha very funny." Carl said while tackling Enid to the couch and tickling her.
"Ok ok!" Said Enid in laughter. Carl stopped and looked her in the eyes they kissed extremely hard and Carl picked Enid  up and put her back to the couch kissing her harder Enid kissed back.
"Do you want this?" Carl asked. Enid nodded her head as Carl kissed her neck. They moved to the bedroom this was the first time Carl and Enid ever did it. Carl was a little worried about his eye but Enid payed no attention to it.

When michonne returned to Alexandria she had told Rick that the kids were ok and not hurt. This slightly relieved Rick.
"So there happy"
"Rick I would say they're more then happy they are peaceful and relaxed rick it was amazing to see them like that."
"Ok that's good I guess"
"You guess Rick I think it was really good for them to get away. I had breakfast with them and they smiled and laughed and held hand at the table it was perfect."
"I'm glad there doing well"
"Yea Rick they really are."
