Reborn's POV
Okay, I've been talking to the lady of the house, Sawada Nana, or Maman as she asked me to called her, and also met the twins. My first impressions of them are: Mama is such an airhead while the twins do live up to their title, the Dame-Duo. Seriously, tripping over the stairs together? Getting knocked out just after one hit? Really, they'll be a load of work.
But even though they're worse than my former student, Dino Cavallone. I can still tutor them to be true leaders. It would take time, but my title wasn't just for show. Within the time limit, I'll shape them up to be what they're expected to be.
I just finished with the whole storytelling about what they are and what they'll become. And their reactions are:
"WHAT?! WE'RE IN MAFIA?!"
SMACK!
I raised my foot and brought it down on their heads.
"Really? After I wasted my breath that was the only thing that you idiots understood?" I mentally rolled my eyes in exasperation.
"You guys are worse than I thought."
They tried to glare at me but failed miserably— well that would be something that I need to fix too.
"Well, it's not every day you heard that your family is related to such danger," Baka-Tsuki complained.
"And what do you mean we're going to be the boss? There's no way we could do it!" Aho-Taiyo exclaimed. Yep, those are the nicknames that I picked up for the two.
"Putting all aside, just who the hell are you?!" They yelled in sync.
"So, not just you didn't pay attention to my explanation, you also ignored my introduction earlier," I looked at them with a smirk despite my building annoyance.
At least seeing them shudders is amusing, "You're lucky that I'm being merciful for once. Now listen up as I re-introduce myself." I said with a borderline icy tone. "The name is Reborn, I'm the World's Greatest Hitman. I'm here as your tutor."
They were about to make a face but I've cut them off by pointing my Leon gun to the eldest's head. "I'm not playing games," I said with glints in my eyes as I saw them cowers in fear. Tsuki even fainted.
Soon I retreated both Leon and my nonexistent KI, "Well that's enough for now, you guys need some rest, we'll start everything the first thing tomorrow." I announced.
Right before I settled in my comfortable hammock I told Taiyo, "Oh, and I'm not alone, your other tutor would come to your class tomorrow. He almost as fun as myself, so better be prepared~!" And that seemed to top it since the poor boy also fainted, I let out an amused chuckle myself
'Oh, I will really enjoy these new toys~' I smirked evilly as I brewed up plans for the next day.

By the next day...
Taiyo's POV
I tried to ignore the pain in my head that the damn baby caused this morning while running as fast as I could to not be late, or Hibari-senpai will—
Shuddering at the thought, I dismissed my gruesome idea and trying to focus on running faster.
'That baby is crazy!' I wailed inside.
I mean, who in their right mind wakes other people up by whacking their heads with a 10-ton mallet?! Clearly, Reborn isn't part of the sane group.
I glanced to my other half who's also grimacing like myself. Her shoulder-length hair was slick with sweat and frizzy, though not that surprising since she hadn't gotten the chance to brush it at all. On the other hand, my hair is pointing in all directions as of I were struck by a lightning. Both of our uniforms are wrinkled and weren't worn properly, evidently of our rush.
—I could feel cold running down my spine as I noticed Hibari-senpai standing mightily in front of the closed gate. And by how color seemed to be drained of her face, it's clear that she'd also noticed the danger we're in.
Well, it's the infamous Demon Prefect of Namimori that we're talking about. One who's well known to mercilessly 'bite to death' anyone who broke the rules and disturbed the peace in Namimori. Heck, that's literally his catchphrase!
"Ki-chan, does skipping class sounds good to you?" I offered in a sheepish whisper.
"I can't think of any greater idea, Ta-nii." Ki-chan agreed with a nervous smile. Yet as turn around a raw voice makes us jump.
"Hurry and get to the school, Dame-Duo." When we turned to whoever had said that. 'Turns out, it was a boy who seemed to be, probably older by one or two judging on how tall he is. He has chocolate brown locks that defied gravity.
When our eyes met I was greeted with a pair of mesmerizing sunset-orange— or at least that would likely be if only they're not so... dull.
The said orbs both lack innocence. Yet unimpressed fitting well with his deadpanned expression.
"Is there something on my face?" The boy asked, and that is when I realized that I had just gazed at him long enough to be a total creep.
Feeling my blood rushing to my cheeks I flail my arms in reflex, "A-ah, um... sorry... I-I don't mean to... uh, stare." I stammered.
"It's okay," He replied flatly, "But I think you two should get in before that guy over there beat you worse than you're supposed to." He said then started to drag us with him t-t-to... Hibari Kyoya!!
"W-wait, wait, wait!!" Ki-chan screeched, but it was too late. Now the said skylark is here... right in front of us. Cold eyes boring into our soul...
I could just die.
"Hn... Herbivores. You're late for 18 minutes—" he lifted his tonfas. "I'll bite you to death"
Closing my eyes shut, I was getting ready for the impact yet the pain never came. So after a while, I dared to open my eyes just to gawk at the sight in front of us
"Holy cakes!" I heard Ki-chan exclaim in shock and awe. And I can one hundred percent vouch for her reaction.
Here And now, Seeing it with my own naked eyes, we witnessed the most impossible thing we could ever think of...
That brunet had caught both of Hibari-senpai's tonfas!
Not just evade, dodge, or block it. He deadass caught the metal with his bare hand!
"So you are Hibari Kyoya..." He said with a controlled tone though there's a tint of amusement in his voice. "Sorry, I know that we are at fault for being late. But perhaps we could settle to do something else for today?"
Hibari-senpai acted fast on covering his shock with his smirk as he retreated his tonfas, "Hn... I'll let you pass, Carnivore. your punishment. Meet me at the disciplinary office, lunchtime." He said, turned around then left. My twin and I both wore incredulous expressions.
"We... are alive... How?" I gaped.
"Are you two coming or what?" The boy asked without even bothering to face us and just keeps on walking.
Snapping ourselves out from the daze we marched up trying to catch on him yet somehow his walking is faster than our run. He has disappeared into one of the corners.
"Ta-nii?" Ki-chan called and I turned my head.
"Hmm?"
"We should really thank him for this. As well asking for his name?"
I nodded, "next time we see him, for now—"
As if on cue, the second lesson's bell can be heard forcing both of us to abort the mission and sprinting to the classroom.
Deep inside I wondered to myself when or if will we be able to see him again...
