Normal POV

On their way back to Sawada's house they met Shamal who seemed to be in rush...

"Oi Shamal!" Reborn called the rushing doctor. Shamal stopped his pace and turned. his eyes widen at the sight of the boy that Dino carried. 

"Holy chick! Tsuna!!" Shamal shouted as he ran to the group and hurriedly checked the unconscious boy never minding the fact that they're still on the road.

the sudden change of position and movement, Tsuna stirred awake. "huh? Shamal?" he questioned.

"I'm terribly sorry Tsuna! I forgot about your condition without your flames. I deeply sorry!!!" Shamal said as he bowed lowly with his face showing guilt.

"I still owe my life no matter what, so I'll forgive you..." Tsuna said weakly before he then throws a fit. coughing violently, shocking everyone. especially when he then throwing up black liquids.

"Tsuna!/-sensei!/Cielo!/-san!" everyone called in panic.

"Oh Shoot! Tsuna hang in there!" Shamal shouted before then instructed them to go to Tsuna's house.

"why not to the hospital instead? o-or my house?" Taiyo asked.

Shamal shooked his head. "Tsuna have his equipment at his house and showing this state of him to your family probably not the best for him."

"Oh, I see..."

"now, we better hurry" Reborn said. 

-And with that, they all rushed to Tsuna's house...

Shamal POV

'What was that black liquid? if anything that was certainly not blood...'  I asked myself, trying to think up the reason.

'I need to examine him fully, find the reason and fast before it becomes the end of him.' I thought in worry

Luckily, we manage to get to his place not so long then. I told them to get him to his room and stay out.

Once I close the door, I then do my work. with all skill and equipment I have, I checked on him.

I can't believe this!

The poison is getting him faster! How? why? 

'No! Calm down Shamal! Compose yourself.  you'll get nothing from panicking.' I told myself.

later then I'm back with my job even though I don't think that I can actually do much.

I'm starting to get desperate. there's literally nothing for me to make him better! 

However, I won't give up just yet... 

'T-There must be something I could do to help!' I told myself again and again until then a soft voice called me out. 

"...Shamal..."  

my gaze automatically locked with his half-lidded eyes.

"yes, Tsuna?" 

he let a sigh escaped his lip before then for the first time in my life, I saw him smiling...

"thank you for your effort, Shamal. you can stop now... It's enough" he said while smiling a pained smile. This sight clenched my chest.

"But Tsuna-!"

"-It's okay, Shamal... I know that I won't stay long" I bit my lower lip as he continued. "I'm going to die, aren't I?"

I gulped my saliva down to my dried throat before then I nodded reluctantly. 

And after some moments of silence he  later asked, "so, how long will I last?"

"I don't know... but I think, two months is at most..." I bitterly stated.

"I see..." he muttered.

"I'm sorry..." I said.

"no, don't be... You've done much... Thank you..." he said. then after that, none of us says another word...

~time skip~

Tsuna POV

after four days lying helplessly on my bed, I finally overcome my illness. My fever has gone and I feel great... 

However, I don't feel like teaching today. 

No, before that, I'll take Mukuro back from that hellhole namely Vindicare.

but first, I need to prepare all the preparations including the documents. 

and so I clapped my hand twice then said, "Computer, turn off my camouflage..." I ordered.

{Voice recognized. Camouflage is off...} It replied, then all of my hacking devices appeared just like that.

I took my glasses, wear it, then within a second, my fingers busied itself, dancing on my keyboard while eyes scanning the whole information and send it to my brain.

I was too focused on my things I don't realize the click sound of my door being opened.

"Into hacking already, Tsuna?" I was startled at the call, but then sighed in relief when I realize who it was.

"ah, it's only you, Reborn... you're surprising me..." I admitted before I turned to him. "how did you get in any way? I'm sure that my alarm didn't go off..." No, I did NOT frown...

"well, I just simply walked in, avoiding the whole traps for I've known and memorized each of them on my last visit. I believe that time you hadn't set the alarm yet, just traps..." he then smirked, "what did you expect? I AM the number one hitman..."

I feel the urge to roll my eyes, but I retorted. "sure you are... don't worry, I'll ease your access here by entering your profile to this house, so all you have to do is scan your hand just the way I did..." I said, then eyes back to the monitor.

"Thanks. now, what are you into?" he asked as he jumped onto my lap. 

I hummed, not even bother with his appearance, "searching my way to get Mukuro back..." I replied.

"why?" he asked simply. I can almost believe that he's an actual 5 years child.

"well, because he's one of my-"

"brother?" he cut and I eyed him.

"-what did you say?"

"Shamal told me..."

In that instant the air dropped few degrees. "what else did he tell you?"

he just simply shrugged as if I don't direct my KI at him, "well, nothing much. just everything that he knew..." 

I gritted my teeth as I clenched my fists till my knuckle bleed, "that asshole... I swear I'll kill him next time I see his face..." I muttered in anger. I missed the look that Reborn gave.

"Why Tsuna..." his soft words snapped me from my rage. "Is it really fine to hide it away? keeping them to yourself? lock your emotions away? are you really fine with that?" Reborn asked with eyes filled with curiosity and... worry...?

But that doesn't get me. And instead, I stared blankly at him, "it's none of your bloody business, Renato... so stick your nose elsewhere..." I said coldly.

He straightened his composure as he muttered, "Very well, then... I think it's time for me to leave..." he said as he jumped off my lap. I just let him be.

"Oh, it's not like I'm trying to save Shamal or what, but I was threating him to speak up. And I assure you that I'm the only one who knew about it..." he said. but since my back is facing him I can't see the expression that he made.

"and, before I go... I just want you to know that you're not alone Tsuna. Not in the past and never will..." he said then closed the door as he left...
