The Storm Arises

Tsuki's POV

It was only the second day since we met Reborn and Tsuna-sensei and learned about our situation, yet they've managed to turn our once tranquil life into a chaotic one!

For example, yesterday, Reborn shot Ta-nii with a funny bullet which made him confess to Sasagawa-chan, our school idol!

Well, I always know that my other half has a thing for her but I DID NOT expect him to shout it out in front of the whole school, half-naked!

The moment the event occurred, I was like 'What the fudge?! How the hell did he do that?!'

Just then, Ta-nii was forced to win against Mochida-senpai in a kendo match. And what shocked me more, he won! Although not in a normal way. But still, he won

And then, this very morning, a new transfer student, who seems like a delinquent, kicked our tables and threatened us to face him after school. And with Tsuna-sensei watching at us with that glint in his eyes... Honestly, the gaze alone was indescribable, but it made us shiver as he orders us around, which of course we can't say no.

-Actually, we can't even dare say a thing. That silver-haired guy was so scary.

And, Tsuna-sensei held us back from having lunch, all because we got a very um bad score. *cough* zero *cough* um yeah.

But this time, it's not just us. The baseball ace, Yamamoto Takeshi also got held back. Though, he soaked up all the information like a sponge so Tsuna-sensei let him go after he took a re-test. Meanwhile, Ta-nii and I hadn't gotten the chance to touch our bento.

Nevertheless, that's not the problem here. It was later after Yamamoto left us, that he makes us the main target for that little madman. I mean, he blew us up every time we got the wrong answer, WITH REAL BOMBS! What the ham?!

And as the day grows worse, we still have to meet that silver-haired delinquent later! I don't even remember that guy's name anymore!

I groaned, 'Oh well, here we are, facing another lunatic. I just hope that we'll make it out alive.'

"Some wimps like you are Vongola Boss/ CEDEF leader candidates? I don't approve of that!" The delinquent roared with an angry scowl. 'This guy seriously has anger issues.' I sweatdropped.

He then turned to Tsuna-sensei and Reborn, "If I defeat them, I will receive the title of Vongola Decimo, right? Reborn-san? Cielo-san?"

Both of them nodded, "You can have the title-" Tsuna-sensei started.

"-all you need to do is defeat them to prove your strength." Reborn finished with a sly smirk gracing his lips.

The silver-haired boy returned the smirk, "Yosh! Then I, Gokudera Hayato, shall defeat you two right here, right now!" He-who I now remembered as Gokudera Hayato- declared.

I can somehow see red aura flares surround his body. 'So he has a 'Storm' aura... Well, that explains his violent personality.' I thought.

Seeing people's aura is an ability of mine that only my twin knows. I had this ability since I was young. And ever since then, I learned that people's aura is divided into seven categories: Orange, red, blue, yellow, green, purple, and indigo.

Usually, people would only have one type of aura within them, for example, Ta-nii's is orange, Reborn's is yellow, and as I have previously mentioned, Gokudera-san's is red. However, Tsuna-sensei's are different; He has not just seven, but also black and some color that I don't really recognize.

I was wondering on our first meeting but held back the question upon seeing his lifeless eyes. Something is wrong with those dark eyes and I don't think that it's right to ask him, for it might be something personal.

Anyways, enough of this. I squinted a few times at the scenery in front of me. 'EEEEH?! Gokudera-san is doing a dogeza at Ta-nii who's magically back to his half-naked state?! Why?!' I questioned myself in my mind. Just how long was I zoning out?!

"I'm sorry for endangering you and thank you so much for saving me! From now on I swear that I will be loyal to you, Juudaime!" I heard Gokudera-san announce. I sweatdropped upon the sight of puppy ears and tail, or was it just me?

"HIIIEEE! Reborn, what's going on here?!" Ta-nii exclaimed in panic as he's finally back to his senses.

"Well done Aho-Taiyo, you just got your very first guardian," Reborn said smirking.

"W-what? Guardians? Why???"

"Well, if someone lost in a battle then he shall be the winner's subordinate. That's just how the Mafia hierarchy works." Tsuna-sensei explained briefly.

"HIIIEEE! I don't want any subordinates!" Ta-nii squawked. And soon I noticed the change of expression on Gokudera-san's face. I think Ta-nii noticed it too.

"S-so, Juudaime doesn't accept me?" He spoke dejectedly.

"I- uh... well, that...." Ta-nii stuttered.

'Uwaa!! It feels like I just kicked a stray puppy!' --

I panicked inside, and I know that Ta-nii is feeling the same because now he can't even say a word right.

"W-wait Gokudera-san! Ta-nii never meant that!" I unconsciously spoke. Well, I can't have him leave in such a state, so I just accidentally blurted out. And now, thanks to that, all eyes are gazing at me which causes me to fidget nervously.

"I-I mean... well Ta-nii doesn't need any subordinates, but if you may then why don't we become friends? W-well... would that be all right?" I spoke with uncertainty afraid of the fact that the situation will turn out for the worse. Thank goodness Ta-nii hurriedly nodded to say that he agrees with me.

Gokudera-san eyed me and Ta-nii alternately before he kneeled before Ta-nii in a form of a dogeza. "I'm so happy to hear it! Thank you Juudaime and Tsuki-sama for accepting me!" He said with tears of joy in the corner of his eyes. He then rants on how kind we are while ignoring our statement that we wanted to befriend him and not to be his boss whatsoever.

Just then, loud growls can be heard, and it makes me stare at my twin who's also blushing. Reborn snickered, "Looks like someone is hungry~" He teased.

"O-oh shut up!" Ta-nii said, embarrassed, as I giggled. Well, I'm hungry myself as my tummy also rumbled. I blushed as Ta-nii snorted in return. I pouted.

"Then, why don't we take a short break for snacks before we all going home? I accidentally cooked too much and I don't have my lunch yet, either." Tsuna-sensei said. of course, we all brighten up and hurriedly agree on the offer.

Just then I realized that his eyes sparkled with a tint of affection for a moment, while his 'rainbow' aura -mostly the orange one- reached out for each of us...

I smiled, 'Maybe, he's not as bad as we think he is...' Then we all skipped our way to get ourselves 'lunch' under the sakura tree.
