"They what?" I roared as my brother leaned away from me.

"It's okay Rain; I'm fine now." He made a calming motion with his hands, glancing around to see if anyone heard us. I watched sadly as his face gained a look of shock at how there wasn't a reason to look around anymore.

"We need to move," Gib muttered, glancing the way Robin had, except with success.

"Yeah." I agreed, nodding my head.

"The Gates should be this way," Gib mumbled awkwardly, pointing through the thick trees. We followed quickly.

Running out proved much harder than when we had come in. Robin was younger and obviously he hadn't been through the same training Gib and I had. His foot placement was off because of those reasons., and those reasons only.

Nonetheless, we made good time - Something easy to do when you could be caught and murdered any moment.

Stopping in the darkness with heaving chests and aching legs, we rested.

"It should have been here," Gib muttered, frustrated. "Im such an idioy, I should have left a trail or markers or something."

"It's not your fault, we'll find a way out of here." I told him, even though I did think markers would have been a good idea.

We heard an odd noise, like something brushing a tree. Everyone froze.

Roughly, I shoved Robin in a random direction.

"Run and don't look back," I told him, whirling to see who had joined us.

"But-" He started, putting a hand up to try and find me.

"I said run!" I hissed, pushing him I'm the right direction. I may have been acting on instinct and mostly paranoia, but I didn't need to take chances. "Gib go with him."

Gib shot off into the forest without hesitation, pushing aside branches to catch up to Robin.

"It's just me," I said, turning back to wear I heard the noise.

"Oh, but there isn't just one of us," A voice hissed. A cold fist hit my head and my vision swam. I quickly lost consciousness as I heard cruel laughing above me.
.                                .                                 .
"Rain, please wake up, please." I heard a voice murmer next to me as I started to wake.

"Where are we?" I said in a daze as bright light added to my dull headache.

"Where you were before," Gib said next to me, his voice triggering a shower of memories.

"Robin," I stuttered. "Where's Robin?"

"He's okay. He ran. They got me, but he ran." Gib said and I realized he was crying.

My eyes adjusted and I saw that I was back in the stage where they had already tried killing me. I looked to my left, seeing Huddson hanging awkwarly by his one arm. I noticed only then that the odd tugging sensation was from my arms being tied above me too.

"Is Rain awake?" A voice mumbled from around Huddson.

"Quinn?" I tried leaning forwards to see around him.

"Zoe too," Said an even farther away voice.

"Got caught?" I asked stupidly.

"Yeah," sneered a girl behind me. "They did." Ally pushed around me, being polite enough to shove an elbow harshly into my stomach.

I let out a snort-groan.

"Looks like I'm doing better as Senator than that train wreck could ever do." She laughed. "Amusing."

"I'm not surprised. I always knew something wasn't right about you. Back when we were friends." I muttered.

"Leave her alone." Huddson said groggily, lifting his head.

"Good point, I wouldn't want to screw up like our old Senator did." She pulled out a gun and I heard a quiet click.

"Last words Huddson?" She said, putting the barrel to his neck.

"I'm sorry a was... Well you know." He smiled at me. The trigger moved with her finger and a bullet caught in his throat. I averted my eyes. When I turned back, Huddson was lying pimply on the ground, Ally holding the knife that cut him free.

"And next, Zoe. Final thoughts or advise for the non-traitors of the good community?"

"She's wrong. We aren't traitors, we did what was right." Zoe murmered. A bullet rolled through her head. I watched this time, seeing the terror in her face as her eyes went still.

"Gib, before we die, I have to tell you something." I realized, turning my head to him.

"What?" he said confused.

"Lila is pregnant." I muttered, not explaining about how she had also found a new soulmate.

"Oh," His eyebrow lifted as Ally strode over to us.

"I don't think I said you could talk yet." She growled, shoving the barrel into Gib's gaping mouth.

His throat exploded and tore open in the back of his neck. I looked away as bits of skin splattered into my shirt.

"You're sick," I spit at Ally. The butt of the gun smacked into my temple.

"Shut up, I'm at least killing you quickly. I won't even be a jerk and kill him slowly like I wanted. I always hated him," she jerked her chin towards Quinn, who frowned.

Without leaving my  She turned and shot Quinn, directly in his heart. I watched him convulse before he died.

"They're dead because of you, of what you did." Ally said, pressing the cold metal to the back of my head, execution style. "I'll let you have some last words Thomas." She said.

"Don't think of us as traitors," I yelled to the crowd gathered around. "I was like you one day, wanted to serve and be happy. But there are beautiful things out there in the rest of the world like books and music and animals," a pang of  hit my chest. Confused whispers went through the crowd, wondering what the mentioned things were. "Ally, O may not have survived this, but there will be a revolution whether you like it Or not." I lifted my chin slightly.

A smile crept into my face the moment before she shot me. It was quick, I died instantly.

But one thing is for sure: Life isn't about surviving, it's about making a change in the world.

HAHA. They all dead.
