I love this chant!! It's so awesome!! Like, seriously. Just. Unfortunately no one seems to have it (without any battle sounds etc.), and no one seems to know what they're saying...
Also, I love the other horns in the movie too. I found a compilation, but they missed the Horn of Helm Hammerhand. My personal faves are: Gondor, Rohan, Elves (anything Elvish XD), Haradrim.
