"Sure...come in" I said
Dad and Joel both stood up as Ds Armstrong entered the apartment

"News?" Warren asked, eager to hear. 

"We found her, she's in the police station, only thing is, is that we need Ellie to make an official statement if you want to press charges" he looked to me. 

"I..I can't" I stuttered 

"I'll leave you to it" DS Armstrong said, knowing I needed time to think about everything. 

"What do you mean you can't" Joel asked 

"I just can't" 

I ran out of the house, hearing dad and Joel both call my name, I just needed to get out of there, to get some fresh air to think

I bumped into Brody, knocking his phone onto the ground.

"I'm so sorry" I said trying to not look at him as he picked up his phone from the ground. He saw there were tears down my face and he immediately looked at me in concern, softly grabbing my shoulders.

"Hey hey, what's wrong" he said, looking into my eyes

"I'm sorry okay" I say as I run off

I ran to the folly and sat on the floor, pulling my knees up to my chest, letting all the emotion out. I heard someone, it was Brody, he sat next to me. 

"So are you going to tell me what's wrong?" He asked me

"You must have somewhere more fun to be, you barely even know me" I say as I wipe a tear from my face   

"Someone's upset, and right now she's  alone, you know you don't have to keep emotions bottled up...even if you don't know someone, it's good to talk about things, let it all out, come on entertain me" He said as he gave me a smile and I gave him one back 

"The police want me to make an official statement, about what happened with Sienna. They found her but they can only arrest her if I press charges and give the official statement" more tears fell from my eyes 

"Why don't you want to?, this could finally put her away, for what she did, don't you want that" he asked me

"If I do, I have to relive it again, go through every detail, just thinking about it makes me angry, upset and confused, I'm scared Brody" 

"It's going to be okay, everything always is in the end, you're a strong woman, you've got this" he said "We're going to be there, every step of the way, and that's a promise, come on let's get you home, your freezing" he said while putting his jacket around me

"We need her to make a report in the next 24 hours otherwise we have to let Sienna go" DS Armstrong said to a pacing Warren

 "She'll be here" Joel reassured 

I walked through the door with Brody following behind me

"I'm ready, I'm ready to make a statement" I said.

I was at the police station, sitting in the waiting room with Dad And Joel, fiddling with my fingers out of nerves, and soon after I looked up and saw Sienna, seeing her again made me so angry, so angry that I had to walk out to get some fresh air

"Ellie" Warren said 

"I'll go" Joel said

I left the police station and walked over to the greenery area I turned around to see Joel by my side 

"Sorry it just-"

  "Got to much" Joel cut me off, giving me a warm smile, the smiles he gave me always made me feel better, made me feel as if everything would be okay.

"I'm sorry I just couldn't handle seeing her again"

"Hey" Joel looked me in the eyes "You don't have to apologise, you can do this I promise you, and when we get back we can watch a movie, and I'll make you my famous hot chocolate" he smirked and I laughed, wiping away the last of my tears. 

"Come on, you can do this" Joel said as we stood up and headed back into the station

I walked into a interview room and saw detective Ryan Knight, he smiled at me and pointed to one of the seats in front of him

"I'll leave" Joel insisted 

"Wait" I looked to Ryan

"Can he stay, please." I asked 

"Of course" he replied back to me

 "So Ellie, start from the beginning, what happened that night?" He asked me
