We walked into the living room and I moved a box from the couch, it was light and when I opened it, it was filled with couch pillows and blankets and the like. I set them up on the couch and remembered jalex fanfictions that these could have possibly been involved in. Ew.

Alex and Jack seemed to be putting together a coffee table and they honestly did look like a newly wedded couple. But it was obvious they needed to talk about something so I needed to give them some privacy. "Hey, I'll be back in a minute, I'll just put my stuff down and tell my dad I'll be over here."

"Okay, see ya in a minute." Alex said without looking up. I walked out of the room, grabbed my backpack from the front door and walked out. Halfway down their driveway I went back to eavesdrop. It sounds creepy and stalkerish, I was just curious about what they would say with no one around.

"What's so bad about it, Alex?" I heard Jack say.

"Well, she does know we're in a band and who knows how creepy she might get. She might start stalking us or bringing people here."

"Alex, I heard her. She could barely recognize us and she told me she doesn't really have friends. Maybe that's what she needs now! How awesome would it be to have band members as friends?"

"That is kind of sad, I know how she feels. Maybe she does need friends." Alex said, then silence.

I had no idea this is what would be discused after I left, I was really just expecting a new topic for a Jalex fic or something. I couldn't believe they actually would even mention me. Ever.

I realized I was still sitting there then ran to my house and did what I said I told Jack and Alex. I also skimmed the channels for something we could maybe watch.

I walked back and went for an unpacked box. "Guess the internet's down so now I have to help. I actually think Home Alone is on ABC Family now."

I now had Jack interested and before we knew it, we were sprawled out on the L shaped couch in piles of blankets and pillows, watching the movie, eating popcorn and drinking. Well, they had beers, I had an Orange Rockstar.

A comercial came on, because come on, its ABC Family so... Anyway, Jack started draping blankets and tons of sheets from upstairs to make an awesome little pillow fort. It was spring, and spring in Maryland was pretty hot, so he put a fan inside which also kept the sheets floating in the room. Alex sat on a pile of pillows quietly singing If these sheets were the states and we all laughed and joined in. It was like a dream, I actually felt like I had friends for once. True friends.
