Chapter 51 - Not alone

(3rd person POV)

Tony was the only one in the Avengers facility at the moment. Vision went searching for Wanda. She was gone since the Daisy had break her out of the raft prison.

He and Pepper were dating again, which for Tony, was a relief. He had asked her to marry her and Pepper, of course, said yes.

But he doesn't want to marry now. Not until Daisy gets out of prison. He loved that girl so much, she was like a niece to him.

Right now, he was in the kitchen, preparing some coffee. Suddenly, FRIDAY, his A.I., speaks up.

"Mr. Stark, there was a breach at the raft prison."

"Show me the security cameras." Tony says.

A screen pops up in front of him.

He looks at them. He sees dozens of soldiers inside the prison.

"Run facial recognition." He says.

FRIDAY does what she's told and starts running facial recognition on the soldiers.

"Some of them are russian and the others german. All of them have one thing in common: HYDRA." FRYDAY says.

"Show me the security camera on Daisy's cell." Tony says, worried.

"Showing security camera on cell number 4." FRIDAY says.

"She's not there." Tony says while watching the screen.

Then, FRIDAY shows him the path Daisy took to get away from the soldiers.

"She took a tablet with her, maybe I can contact her." He says and tries his best to get in touch with Daisy.

(Daisy POV)

Still sitting at the corner, I consider all my options.

There's at least 40 HYDRA soldiers, all of them armed, my powers don't work and the only way to get out of here is getting the electricity on again.

Suddenly, the tablet lights up. It's a video call. I trace it and see it's coming from the Avengers facility. I press the green circle to answer the call.

I see Tony on my screen.

"Tony!" I whisper.

"Daisy, I'm gonna get you out of there., okay?" He asks.

I nod.

"I need you to get to the power room and turn on the power." He says.

"What?! Why?" I ask.

"The prison was built to be in complete lockdown when the power goes off." He explains.

"So, if I get the power on, I'll be able to get out." I say.

"Exactly. I will be right there when you get out." He says.

"Okay." I say and nod.

Suddenly, I hear footsteps outside of the door. I look wide at it.

"What is it?" Tony asks.

"They're here." I whisper.

"Daisy, you have to fight them to get to the power room." He says.

"I know. But there's dozens of them and I don't have guns or my powers." I say.

"I know you can do this. You fought robots, Daisy. Dozens of them." He says.

I hear the footsteps getting closer.

"If I die, tell my parents and my brother that I love them." I say, tears treating to fall from my eyes.
