"That's it, lass, off with you!" The voice bellowed.

"I trusted you. I TRUSTED YOU!" There was a bright flash of light, and you screamed to the top of your lungs—

You woke up to hearing yourself screaming. This was the third time that night, and you were slowly losing your head! The more you dreamt of gunshots and pirates yelling, the more vivid they seemed. It scared you because of how real it felt. You could almost smell the gunpowder, how the pirates stank, and the only satisfying smell which was the lavender in your locks.
You remembered dreaming of a familiar voice, and yours, talking as if there was a heated argument. You sobbing for a friend who had to protect you, and screaming at the opposing voice that he was a traitor. For the past few days the dreams had ended the same way: a bright flash of light, and you could almost feel pain all over your back the moment you scream and black out...

You decided to shrug it off— it was miraculously effective— and took note to think things through later. There you sat in place for a moment or two, and it took a while to realize that it was morning. Looking around, you realized a few things.

One; It looked as if if was time for breakfast, but no one was awake. You couldn't blame them, though. After the blast the other day, even the big boys needed their rest.
Two; You apparently didn't bother to change out of your jacket last night. No wonder you were sweating. And three...where was Jim? And why did you care?

You ignored that question and got up to look for him anyway.

"Jim!" You called out once you got up the stairs and to main grounds. You nodded at some of the crewmen in greeting, even when they gave you the stinkeye, you rolled your eyes and called out once more. "Jim—" Your ribs had enough of being tossed around, especially after the supernova incident, and it just had to happen again. "Ow!"
You were on the ground, and the boy who was only missing a second ago, was above you, and you'd have been blushing if it weren't from the look of horror in his face.

"Jim? What's—"

"Get him!" You turned your head to see Silver climbing up the stairs, bloody murder in his eyes glaring right at your direction. And in that second, the world slowed. Anger boiled in your stomach, your heart was in a frenzy, and your head throbbed, again, all in one second. Before you could even process anything, the world around you was ringing, and somehow Jim had dragged you up to you feet. His mouth moved and words didn't reach your ears somehow—

All of a sudden, you weren't in the RLS Legacy anymore. You were struggling against the string grip of pirates around you. "You said you were going to use the map for good! You were going to get me and Bones home!"

"Foolish! Do ye know how long it took fer me to get me hands on ye so we can get to to the bloody map?! YEARS!" The voice was much clearer now.

"Get your hands off her, you—!" Another voice growled, only to be cut off with a CRACK! It seemed that you were blindfolded, but you can tell that whatever had hit the other person, it left him unconscious.

"BONES!" You yelled, yanking and kicking desparately.

"I'll give ye one last chance. Tell me the truth. WHERE DID YOU HIDE THAT DAMNED MAP?!" You felt metal coil around your neck, and you almost dared yourself not to breathe. You were shaking now. In your head you knew this map was hidden in Billy Bones' ship—
Holy Barnacles...The Salamander! That was your friend!

"ANSWER ME!" The voice bellowed once more.

You only whimpered in reply. You didn't know if Salamander was dead or not. You wished you didn't agree to this adventure, to look for the map. You'd only put yourself and your only family in danger. You clenched your fist and choked back your sobs. You felt heat growing in the pit of your stomach, somehow reaching the tip of your fingers. Then you remembered that having visions of ancient planets wasn't the only thing odd about you.
