South City Mall

           Ragini and Shamli was standing like a statue in the riot stricken South City Mall. Ten or more men, having different kind of guns in their hands, is shouting at all people to stand in order. All people look much feared.

           They both also stood alongside all the people. Some people are crying. Some people are praying to their respective gods.

12:30 pm

Arjun parked his bike in front of his room. He took out his phone and called Ragini. But the call replied that her phone is switched off. He called two more times. But he gets no reply. Then he thought of calling her another time. Then went into his room.

After having lunch, he went to the TV room. While going, he tried another time calling her. He thought that she might have completed the shopping and returned to her room. They why didn’t she called him yet? He switched on the TV. While he was changing the channels, he came across news channel in which the headlines displayed as follows

            “TERRORISTS ATTACK – HOSTAGES IN SOUTH CITY MALL”

He can’t believe it. He once again think what she said. When he is confirmed, he quickly went to the room, put on his shirt and started the bike and raced to the South City Mall.

He rode his bike like a lightning even in the traffic. He had only the thought of Ragini. While riding, he once again tried calling her. But this time, she didn’t pick up the phone. He just wished nothing should have happened to her. Within twenty minutes, he landed on the entrance of the South City Mall.
