The South City Mall doesn’t show any resemblance to a mall. Many shops were blasted. The things were scattered everywhere. The terrorists was walking around watching the people.
Ragini was carefully watching them. Shamli was crying and tears was running all over her face.
‘Could you please stop crying?’
‘How can I? Are you seeing the situation for yourself?’
‘Just relax. We will definitely get help.’
‘Then why no one is coming to rescue us?’
‘Maybe the police are waiting for something.’
Shamli turned away her face with disappointment. Ragini was rubbing her head to get any idea. Suddenly she looked very happy.
She whispered to Shamli, ’I’ve got an idea. You just wait here. I will come now.’
She get up and went near a terrorist and asked him something. He thought for a second and he called another and ordered him to follow her.
She turned and looked Shamli and started walking. She went to the end of the second floor. She went up to the third floor using the elevator. While going, she looked down. She understand that there is no one in the ground floor. She went up the third floor and went inside the bathroom. The man followed her and observed her but not very keenly. She closed the door. After 5 minutes she came out and went fast to the second floor, where the hostages are kept.
She went and sat beside Shamli. She asked,’ is everything okay?’
‘Yeah. Nothing wrong.’
While they were sitting, a man get up and asked to a person, who maybe the leader,’ why are you just standing idle? Why don’t you go and negotiate with the officers?’
Surely, the man’s question doesn’t please the leader. He took his gun and shot him at his leg and shouted,’ No one speaks anything. I know what to do. Shut up!’ The people were terrified by hearing his sound. But Ragini is looking normal and cool.
