So I'm working on a presentation for my Civil War history class and I found a song that seriously made me shed a tear.
Like I wasn't crying my eyes out, but it still made me sad.
It's a song by Waylon Jennings about the civil war and reality of how it devastated families.
It really is such a tragic thing.
Here's the song, I recommend listening to the whole thing, to get the full effect.
It's hard to imagine what that must have been like to live through.
