"Hey Alex." Brandon says as he walks into my room.

"Oh hey." I say looking up from the book.

He sits down on the edge of my bed.

"So you wanna tell me the real reason you turned down Logan?" He asks.

"I see the way he looks at me! He is still in love with the girl I use to be! He is desperate for the old me back. He tries acting like everything is okay but it's not!" I exclaim pacing back and forth.

"You might have lost your memory but Logan lost his heart. He lost everything because you are is everything. So you turning him down is just making things worse. The one thing everyone envied about you guys, was you always talked about your problems instead of turning your back on them."

I sit down next to him. He wraps his arm around me.

"What should I do?" I ask him.

"Talk to Logan." He tells me.

I take my phone out and click on his name. I look through everything for the first time. He called me when I was in a coma? I walk into his room. He is sitting there with a bleeding hand.

"Logan!" I exclaim running at him.

"What?" He asks dazed.

I get a washcloth from the bathroom and wrap it around his hand.

"We need to get you to a hospital." I tell him.

We walk out together. He holds the cloth on his hand while I tell the driver where to go. I open the door for Logan and help him buckle his seat belt.

I sign him in at the hospital. I sit down and sigh.

"We need to talk." I tell him.

"I thought we said everything there was to say." He scoffs.

"Well I was wrong. I just don't want you to be in love with the girl I use to be because we need to face that I'm not that same girl."

"I know. I just held on to you in that hospital room for so long. I just figured you lost your memory. I finally realized that I lost of piece of me when I almost lost you. I wanted to hold on to what we had and..."

I shut him up the only way I know how. He starts kissing me back. It's short but effective.

"So I'm not going to say lets start over. Im going to say I want to get to know the new you and then we can see where it goes." He says.

"I'm not even sure if I know the new me." I sigh

"Well then we can figure it out together."

I take his uncut hand in mine. He smiles and leans his head back. I can tell he is pain. I just kinda remember it.

"I think I just remembered something." I tell him trying not to be too excited.

"What?" He asks his eyes shooting open.

"I can tell that you are in pain. No matter what kind of pain, you make the same movements. You lean your head back, close your eyes, and then sigh majorly. Like a very over dramatic sigh." I exclaim.

"You remember!"

"I guess it's the little things that help me remember."

The nurse calls his name. We walk back together. He's in pain but still smiling because I remembered one thing. Out of everything I could have remembered, why that?

Logan sits down while the nurse cleans out the wound. The doctor walks in with a tray of needles and other stuff to stitch him up.

"So how'd this happen?" He asks Logan.
