After the priest gave me the book i decided to go back to my room to read, since the looks that the towns people were giving me were rather alarming. It got even weirder once i entered the inn.

The inn girl and another person seemed to be whispering, the words seemed to be my name. I think, but right as i came into their view point they shut their mouths. Like i wasn't suppose to hear any of their conversation.

Sighing i slumped in my desk chair, shaking my head i flipped open the book to page one. Ok lets see, the castle was home to a king and queen that passed away leaving the entire kingdom to their son.

The other pages seemed to be just informations about the castle itself. Like how many years it took to construct and the amount of money it took to make. On the last page was a picture of the path leading to the castle.

When i was in town today i noticed a forest near some of the buildings, maybe the castles path is in there somewhere. My eyes rested on the world outside my window, the sky was beginning to become dark. I think it would be better if i  took a look around in the morning.

Shutting the book i headed off to bed, but i found it difficult to sleep. My thoughts continued to race in my head and refused to disappear. Placing the pillow on my face i shut my eyes and hope the darkness would be enough to lull me to sleep.

Yawning the next morning I scowled. Even thought I managed to fall asleep, the amount I got was defiantly  not enough. Rolling over I noticed the glow of my phone screen.

Pulling my phone up i checked the time. Seven AM. Flipping off the covers i decided if I wanted to explore the forest it would be best to start earlier then later. Stuffing the history book in a backpack i headed down stairs.

Once I arrived I was stopped by the Mrs.Hanson, "You heading out dear?" I nodded taking a step towards the door, but was suddenly dragged over to a wooden table.

On it was array of different foods, "You can't head out just yet, you need to eat breakfast first." I gave a small laugh before placing small amounts of food on my plate. I could feel the eyes of the others boring into the back of my skull.

What is their deal? Am i really that strange to them? Rolling my eyes i took a seat as far away as possible, just have some peace and quiet.

After that akward breakfast i headed out to the forest in search of a hidden path. From what the priest told me this shouldn't be easy to find. Opening the book once again i flipped to the picture of this so called path.

Scanning the forest I looked around for any clues or a least a sign, but during this process I wasn't exactly watching where i was going. I could feel the ground suddenly disappear, looking down the only thing I saw a river.

This can't be good.

Snapping  my eyes shut i prepared for the fall, which i got. My eyes suddenly snapped opened when i felt the cool crisp water. Quickly swimming to the shore I noticed a set of flowers.

They were blue and looked oddly familiar. Holding up the soggy picture i compared the two images. There were exactly the same other then the vast amount of overgrown plant life.

Gathering my things i pushed away the plants to revel a cleared path. I smiled stepping through, but was weirdly met with a blast of sudden cold air. Curious about this strange occurrence i decided to investigate further.

I could hear the crunching of dead twigs under my feet as the cool seemed to get worse. I ended up in a open area to find snow was gently falling from the sky. I tried to close my jacket, but found it was missing, with the rest of my outfit.

"What the heck?" I shouted starring down at a cream colored dress. My nice warm jacket was replaced with a thin shawl, "This is ridiculous! First the whole snow in April thing and now this dress?!"

Lifting up my dress i checked if perhaps my cloths were just underneath, but no luck. "Ok, ok this is totally fine." I muttered to myself as I continued down the path.

"This isn't so bad. I wonder why the other towns people....." a growl came from behind me, turning i was face to face with a single white wolf, a scar over its one eye. "Nice wolf. You don't want to eat me, right?"

I flinched at the wolf began to howl, tensing up i heard the low rumbles of several other creatures. I gulped as i turned hoping that it was just all in my head , But it wasn't. There before me was the entire pack.

"Ok. Maybe you do want to eat me." My eyes darted left and right looking for any kind of way out. Finally i found one, without a second thought i ran. I ran as hard as i could knowing that those things were defiantly chasing after.

Hearing the loud howl i knew that i was correct. Bitting my lip I couldn't scream, what good would that do? Who knows how far away i am from the town, would they even hear me?

My eyes widened as my sight rested on the entrance, within a mad dash i jumped through the leaves to land once again in the cool water. I sighed with relief as I didn't see any form of fur, and all around me was nothing but silence.

Pulling myself out of the water i bit my lip once again, those wolves were rather close to the entrance. In a huge forest like this those creatures shouldn't be anywhere near here. There had to be something further.

Yes there had to be something beyond them, if my hunch was right it had to be the castle. The Beast. What else could be the reason for their relocation? If the castle was indeed over there i was ready to do anything to get there.
