Selena as always sneaked out of the castle to be able to stay alone for a short moment. Since she remembered everyone around her was over protective towards her safety and well being. For all her life always at every moment there was a lot of well armed guards. They emotionless faces was terrible for her she never couldn't understand how they keep all their emotions hidden inside of them for that long. Or maybe she sometimes was too emotional so for her its hard to keep emotion under control.

She was sitting on the edge of the little lake. She was delighted with silence around her. She heard quiet noise of dried leafs behind her. She carefully turned around and saw handsome, tall man. He stared at her. In his eyes she could've seen curiosity and respect. He smiled showing his straight, white teeth with long fangs. Little shiny tear slowly slide down from her eye to her cheek. He slowly came to her and wiped this little tear with his cold but soft finger. 

-Calm down love. I'm not going to hurt you. - He said it slowly. His had deep tone of voice with aristocratic accent. 

- My father told me lot of stories and facts about your kind. Vampires. It wasn't nice stories of how good all of you are. - She said gently but with hidden fear in her speech.

-Some of us can't control their strength and emotions. They will hurt everyone around them even if they didn't noticed that.

-What about you? - She asked quietly.

- I can control myself fully love.

Selena took a deep relaxing breath. First time from the moment he showed up. She came back to the edge of the lake. She back to listening sounds of the nature. Because she is an elf she had a wild animals, plants and everything nature related in her. The nature was always her second life. She could control the nature in any way she wanted to. The only person who knew about it is her father. 

-What are you doing here my lady? - he asked interrupting the silence in between them.

- I sneaked out of the castle to be able to stay alone for a short moment. Far away from the guards, maidservants, father and annoying teachers following my every step I make in the castle.
