Welcome to my ship ratings book! I'll rate any ship from any of my fandoms. You can request ships, and I'll review 'em. I'll either hate them, love them, like them, or not really care and be alright with it. Be warned, I can try to trash your ship.
You have no idea how against this ship I am. Sure, that's not really fair considering I ship both of them with multiple people, which I'll go over in a bit. But I just see this couple as just really good friends, not as a couple. And the fact there's the "love at a first sight" clique, which is highly unrealistic might I add. Veronica has a very difficult family life, considering both her parents are criminals (I honestly stopped liking Hermione when she started acting like a bitch), while Archie has his father killed and his mom moved out when he was a kid. And the main thing that everyone cares about is Archie's music?! Don't get me wrong, I love this redhead but this couple feels more like a really good friendship than an actual relationship. And the sexual chemistry, seriously, couples who date can't just have that kind of chemistry and think that's enough.
Another reason I don't ship this is because remember when Archie was looking at Bughead longingly in the S1 finale, and Veronica pointed that out. Honestly, I think that what he said to Veronica, he lied and is basically saying he wants to stay with her while liking someone else. Archie, if Veronica finds out you have feelings for someone else while being with one person could end terribly, I should know. I'm lucky Blake forgave me when I told him I chose him, not everyone is that lucky. But when Betty and Archie were having that conversation, he tries to say "But...a little part of me always thought-" but Betty cuts him off. And the way the girls keep saying they're meant to be different people got old, as well as it's a sign that ArchieRoonie plus Bughead won't be endgame.
I like them as friends, sorry. Now for the multiple couples that I ship with one or the other, instead of this.
