Chapter 3

Harry's Pov

I moved around, but I stop when I feel someone next to me. I open my eyes to see Alice. I smile down at her, before getting out the bed. It's only 8 in the morning. Geez, I would still be asleep right now. I walk around her house, thinking everyone is still asleep. I walk in rooms, that I know arent bedrooms. I scan over the hallways, but my eyes land on a door in the very back. Has this room always been here? I walked over to the room, slowly opening it.

When I opend the door, it was just a random reading room. I walk around reading the book labels. I pull out a book, to get to this other book. While I did that a secret door opens. I glance around, before walking down the stairs. The walls torachs light up as I walk through. I come to a room, filled with old leather dusty books, a table full of open books, old looking funiture, and a mirror on the wall.

"Harry?" A voice says

"Oh sorry, I didnt think anyone was down here Mr. Young." I say

"It's alright son, your part of the family. Well you will be soon." Mr. Young smiles

"Dose she know yet?" I ask," I mean you kept it from her whole life with that ring."

"Not, yet. But I'm running out of time. Trying to keep her safe till her 18th birthday." Mr. Young sighs

"Whats so special about her 18th birthday?" I asked

"Alice is a luna wolf. Her birthday falls on the day of the blue moon. On her 18th she will gain one power like everyone else, but the blue moon will make her stronger. Since I'm the king it puts her life in danger. If anything happens to me, she's next in line for Alpha. Thats why I need you." He says

"Wow, thats a lot to take in." I say," But how can I help? We dont have a bond yet, so its harder for me to keep her safe and find her."

"Has she had anything happen lately?" He asked

I explain to him what happen last night, and for me to keep a eye on her. No more parties, and to be with her if she goes out. We both make our way back upstairs. I heard Alice calling my name, from upstairs. I excuse myself and quickly go upstairs with a glass of water.

"Morning Love." I smile

"Oh I thought you left." Alice giggled

I shake my head at her, jumping back on her bed. She laughs at me and tackles me. We both lay back down, she lays on her stomach, and I on my side playing with her hair and drawling circles on her back. I just want to have a bond with her already, so I can protect her, and because I like my bestfriend.

"So Alice, your birthday is in a month or so." I smile

"So is yours." She says

"But its your 18th birthday, and i'll be turning 19 dear." I say

"Uh, its weird how our birthdays are so close, but you are a year older than me." She laughs

"It happens, so uh.. Are you going to the camp out with all the other seniors?" I ask

"Maybe, I don't know. It's just I don't have friends, all I have is you and the guys. Plus sharing a camphouse with you 5, I might just pass. Who knows what girls you guys will hook up with." Alice says

"I would never do that Alice, I dont know about the other lads. Plus theres only one girl I want." I smile

Alice's Pov

I dont know how I feel about this. I always felt like if Harry got a girlfriend, he would forget about me. But now I know he likes someone, just who? I turn over, and face him.

"Who? Do I know her? Is she in one of your classes?" I fake smile

"She's in my classes, she's really smart, loves to run, plays video games." He smiles

"No girl in our whole school plays video games, expect for ..me.." She says," Why me?"

"Because, I know the real you. We get along together, and your my best friend. We are both different, but yet we still are the same. I can be myself aorund you. Thats the most important thing to me." He says

I thought I never be in this postion. Where a girl and a guy are best friends and fall in love. This only happens in movies, and its rare if it happens in real life. Knowing this, means something bad is going to happen. Eh but I'm all up for advernture.

"You really like me?" I ask

"Always have." he smiles

I smile at him, and press my lips to his. Once our lips touch, I feel shocks go through me, and a burning sensation on my neck. I ignore it, and cuddle up against Harry. I close my eyes, and let my self fall back asleep.

"Alice dear, there's something i've been meaning to tell you." My father smiles

"Alice. Alice. Alice." People say

I run, as fast as I can. The voices wont stop, they get louder and louder. They only say my name, which makes me hate it even more. I see Harry in the far background, I run to him but it seems impossible.

"Alice, you are in danger."

"Alice, run, run as fast as you can."

"You'll be safe thats all I care about."

"Alice, go away. I dont wnat you to see me."

The voices contuine.

I let out a scream, making Harry wake up, my parents and my maid run to my room. Harry craddles me, as I cry. My parents look back and frouth, and Nancy makes a bath.

"Shhh, it was just a dream." Harry says.

My parents step out into the hall talking, Nancy tells me my bath is ready, So Harry carries me to the bathroom, and puts me down before leaving me. Once the bathroom door is close I take my clothes off and relax in the bath.

It gets quite, and soon I hear Harry, my mom, and dad talking.

"You need to tell her. Its not only for her saftey, but for everyone she loves also." My mother says

"Its's not that easy, I can't do that. shes still just a pup. It wouldn't be right to train her." My dad says

"How is she still a pup? I was full grown by the time I was 14." Harry says

What the hell are they talking about?

"But also royals take awhile to fully merture. She also has been wearing ther ring since she was 10, it stops anythign from happening. She would be weak if I trained her." Dad says

"What if she keeps having these nightmares?" Mom ask

"Isn't there...wait.." Harry startes

I cant hear anything? Fucking hell, my ears just poped. I go back to taking my bath, and clime out when it gets cold. I slip on my undergarments, and my demin shorts, and t-shirt. I throw my hair in a bun, and put my clothes in the basket. I walk out to see Harry sitting on me bed.

"Better?' He asked

"Little. Can we go out, like to our hangouts or go see the boys. I dont wanna be here right now." I say

"Of course love." He smiles taking my hand

I slip my vans on and grab my beg before heading out.
