The woman was definitely not Piper. She had long, voluminous red hair. She had purple eyes (which Merma thought was pretty cool, but Piper had green eyes). She was wearing the same clothes as Piper had been wearing, if a little torn. She had Piper's pocket watch on the table in front of her, but it was open. The time was stuck at four o'clock. Merma sat down.

"Oh, Merma, I'm so glad you came," the woman said. Merma burned with anger inside.

"Where's Piper?" she asked angrily.

The woman sighed. "Oh, Merma. You have to believe me. It's me. Something happened, and I remember now."

"What?" Merma looked at the girl who claimed to be Piper. She lowered her eyebrows in confusion.

"The fob watch..."

"The what?"

The woman picked up the pocket watch. "It's called a fob watch. It was mine... a very long time ago. I was hiding. And now I remember."

"I don't understand," Merma said angrily.

"I'll explain EVERYTHING to you later. But I have to get out of here. Please, help me. Tell them it's me."

"BUT YOU'RE NOT HER!" Merma yelled. She hit her palms on the table.

"Yes, I am. And I can prove it." She got out of her seat.

"Ma'am!" the officer yelled.

"No, let her come," Merma said. The woman came up close to Merma, and whispered in her ear. Merma's eyes widened. "It's her," she said.
