Chapter 2: A Hard Day's Night

2 March 1964

Within this past year life has honestly been great, not just for the band, but for me as well. So much has happened. Last August, John married my best friend Brianna. I swear they were meant to be, they're so perfect together. They're now expecting their first child, she's due in August. Ritchie and I also finally moved into a proper place to live. We found a nice little flat in London; 34 Montagu Square. It's the perfect place for the two of us.

The band has become so popular this year. They've done tours, hours of recording, sold loads of records, made television appearances, it's just so insane! Probably the biggest success in their fame in the lads opinion would be going to America last month. When Brian told them they were going to the U.S. to perform on the Ed Sullivan Show they went crazy. I remember when Ritchie came home and told me he was as excited as a little kid on Christmas morning.

The America trip was amazing. Brianna and I were luckily able to go for part of it. Days before we left John, Paul, and I begged and begged Brian to let us go. After so long he gave in, because apparently it was like listening to two Pauls whining and he couldn't take it. Oh, the advantages of being a twin. Bri and I only stayed for 5 days, mostly for the reason that John wanted her to stay home and rest with being pregnant and all and I had to go home and get some work done. Speaking of work, I finally found a job. Brian hired me to be The Beatles personal photographer, so now whenever magazines or newspapers ask for pictures of the lads I could just take them and send them to them. Apparently it helps so there's less paparazzi around.

Anyway, since the lads have returned to England they've been preparing for their first movie. I'm really excited about it, but they're kind of ehh about it, saying 'we're musicians, not actors.' Brianna absolutely loves acting, she wanted to be in the film so bad, but being 5 months pregnant keeps her from doing so.

Today we start with filming, apparently the whole story plot is suppose to be what their lives are like throughout this whole Beatlemaina. Brian put me in charge of getting pictures of everyone during filming.

I was packing up everything in my camera bag as I heard Ritchie walk into the room. "We have to get going soon, Brian wants us there early. You almost ready, love?"

I nodded, picking up my camera bag, throwing it over my should, "Ready whenever you are." He took my hand, leading me to the car, we both getting in and driving off to the location for filming. Once we arrived we saw the other three all having a smoke.

"Finally! I see you love birds decided to show up!" John looks over at us with a smirk.

"Oh yes, we have arrived!" Ritchie and I gave a quick superstar pose before bursting out into laughter. "So Lennon, how's Bri doing? You bein' a good husband to her?"

"She's good and course I am! I'm treatin' her like a real princess. Speaking of marriage, when are you two tying the knot? I'm surprised ya haven't popped the question yet, Rings. You've been dating for what? Three years now?"

John always and I mean always brings us how we're not married yet. At least once a month he brings it up, I swear.

Ritchie warped his arms around me before replying to John, "I've told ya before, John, we're taking things slow. And I'll ask her when the times right."

I've always imagined what us being married would be like. I mean, I know it's going to happen sometime. I could just see him being the perfect father to our children, he'd be such a family man, I know he would.

The five of us continued talking for a bit until Brian came over. "Alright lads, we're going to start with the first scene before the train. Paul, hurry up to hair and make-up to get your mustache and beard put on. You other three, follow me. Oh, and Pam, you can go wherever you need to get good photos."
