Chapter 7: A new president?

For some reason today Cerise decided that she wanted to spend her brake at Beanstalk Bakery, maybe she thought she will bump into less people from school if she ate here. Guess she was horribly wrong, the whole school is here too. Eh not the whole school... but everyone here is from school.. you get what I mean.

Anyway, Since she was here already, she got herself a ice late and set down at an empty seat to drink.

" have you heard?"

It's not like Cerise was intentionally eavesdropping, she just had nothing to distract her, and she couldn't help overhear the loud whisper from two tables down.

"Maddie Hatter is running for school president!"

'Wow now that's a brave girl, running against Apple, wonder who she's like..' Cerise thought

"I don't want to be run by her, she's a little mad.. you know" Cerise was still listening, drinking from her straw intensely. "Besides, Apple defiantly going to win, she has all the experience."

"Hay, I heard Maddie's good friends with the Daughter of Evil Queen" Cerise is now chewing from her straw. " Yeah, maybe she was pressured into competing.."

Suck* Cerise looked down into her cup, there is no more late in the drink, only ice. Guess she will look pretty dumb sitting at the cafe without doing anything now that her drink is gone. Maybe she should leave. Pity, she wanted to hear more about Raven and Maddie.

--Time brake--

"Vote for Maddie!"

"Vote for me!" Maddie said cheerfully while pushing a pin onto Dexter Charming's chest. Oof that hurts.

Cerise was watching them from a distance when Apple appeared in front of her without warning.

"Don't vote for Maddie, you don't want to support dangerous ideas!" Apple said. Cerise arched an eyebrow.

"You won't want to stay in the wolf's stomach forever just because there's no prince to save you, would you?"

"Huntsmen.." Cerise corrected.

"Yeah exactly.." Apple continued. "Support me and we will keep the fairytales alive!"

With that Apple left with a cheerful smile.

It's just a school president... why dose it look like the school is split and there's going to be war? This means she need to pick a side now....

Oof, this chapter was hard, not every eventful..
I know how the overall plot looks like, but it's so hard to come up with details for every chapter 😅
