Well it's good to be finally posting anothr chaptr of my number one story so far. I am bringing in yet anothr charactr. I hope you guys dont think its too many ppl to have. Dont wrry; there will be many characters leaving the book soon. I have everything planned out.

(Maizee's P.O.V.)

"Come on Maiz! You've been sticking to him for way too long! You know he's bad! He's been a total jerk to you recently. he does drugs, smokes weed, and cheats on you with the blonde bimbos that are fans of his stupid band!"

"I helped him create that band," I muttered, but she continued, as if she hadn't heard me at all. Maybe she didn't.

"This isn't the life I want my best friend to have!! You deserve--"

"I deserve better! I get it Danielle. But you obviously don't know the real him, no matter how many times I show you, it's like your eyes and ears completely ignore that part. It's like you think I'm pulling a wool over you eyes! You don't believe anything i tell you anymore."

"There's a reason for that! You have to trust me!! Why can't you see it?! It's you who doesn't know the real him. I walked in on him doing it with a brunette at Cristella's party."

I lowered my head. I wouldn't believe it. It did sound like something Chase would do, but underneath his tough bad boy act, was a very passionate and a kind heart. Or maybe I was just too desparate and weak to let go. Chase was/is my first boyfriend. Everyone else thinks I'm a freak. But ever since 7th grade, Chase has been by my side. And so has my best friend, Danielle, but either she's changing or just going through a phase. Whatever was happening, I just wanted everything to go back to normal, fast.

I walked around the school alone, with some anime books from the library in my arms. They were my only comfort. I know anime is a bit perverted, but isn't life perverted? And that's what I want to do: read about someone else's life. Someone with different problems. Someone with similar problems. I did read some where the girl was stuck in the same problem as me. In one of them, the boy changed in the end. That was relieving, but could it ever happen? Another one, the girl became jealous and evil. Would that happen to me if I stayed with Chase? Would I become so jealous and consumed by evil?

My thoughts were interrupted when I passed the bathroom.

"She's such a freak! Have you seen the books that she reads?!" It sounds like Cristella, ruler of the school and a total bitch. I stop in my tracks.

"Um, sorry I don't pay attention to Maizee Amarill's book collection."

A loud shhhhh! came from within the bathroom.

"Keep your voice down Claudia! She might hear us!!"

"Does it matter?" I heard Claudia say. I heared a stall door open. "Oh look, it's Danielle Richards, that freak's best friend."

"More like ex-best friend..." I could barely make out the words.

I snuck inside the bathroom, into a little corner where no one could see me so I could eavesdrop easier.

A big clatter of shoes shuffling on the floor makes me frown. The two popular besties are trying to woo her away from me.

"Awe, what happened sweetie?"
