hey guys, long time no see (thinking about it, it is more like long time no read?) I have decided that I've to be positive in life. Look at situations where things don't go to plan and think what can I learn from this? What went right? I cannot go on the rest of my life being angry at myself for things such as: well it didn't go as good when I ask this or I wish I hadn't/had done that etc. Yes sometimes I will feel down and bad about my appearance and other things like that but I am the way I am. I cannot change the way I am. Well I can change my weight which I am working on. I can change my attitude towards certain things. I can change how angry or annoyed I get at little things but I cannot change my appearance and personality to a huge effect.

So my message today is STAY POSITIVE, THINK POSITIVE AND HOPEFULLY YOUR BE POSITIVE.
