Butlers, To Come

Izaya's POV

It's been two months since almost every staff member from the Drakon family mansion came here. Of course there are some that stayed loyal with them, but some of the ones Shizu-chan and I personally know came.

Today is Shizu-chan's and my wedding day and I'm excited. My life has finally come together, but that doesn't mean it'll stay like this.

Of course I know I'm being a downer, but I need to be realistic. Though I probably shouldn't think that today right now.

I should be happy for what I have and I am. I love Shizu-chan and wouldn't give him up so easily anymore.

I mean yeah, I left him because I stupidly believed my father when he said I have no hope of being with Shizu-chan and Varona knowing about how he really felt. But now my father understands my feelings towards Shizu-chan and Varona well I'm not really sure about her.

Though I know I have Shizu-chan and that I care for him, even though we hated each other at first. I believe that deep inside we loved each other, we just didn't know how to express it.

I can't believe I'll be marrying Shizu-chan in just a few minutes. Of course looking back it seems as though it was a quick relationship development.

But I don't regret it I love Shizu- chan and I'm glad I'm the one marrying him.

There's a knock on the door and Shinra opens it then walks in saying, "Hey, it's almost time."

"Okay." I answer.

Shinra looks at my outfit and says, "Even though you're the one walking down the aisle you're wearing black."

"Well, I can't see myself wearing white."

"I guess that makes sense." He says while going to sit down on my small couch.

I have on a simple black suit, tie, dress shoes, and socks with a white rose in the breast pocket.

I take a deep breath then Shinra speaks up at the door asking, "Well, I don't know 'if the groom sees the wedding dress before the wedding is bad luck' thing applies here... but Shizuo wants to see you."

"Let him, it's not a wedding dress so I think we'll be okay."

Shinra nods and lets Shizu-chan in then closes the door leaving us alone.

Shizu-chan comes over to me and kisses my forehead then says, "You look nice today, well it doesn't mean you don't look nice everyday."

"Thanks, but you look really good Shizu-chan. White suits you."

"You think? What about the black rose?"

"It stands out."

"So does your white one." He says then kisses me on the lips.

He then puts his lips close to my ear and says quietly in a low seductive voice, "We're going to have some fun late tonight."

I blush then Shizu-chan says, "I love you." and leaves to go to the altar outside in the garden.

When he closes the door I go to my balcony and look out to the garden where I'm going to get married.

"You ready?" Shinra asks standing at the door.

I nod then leave for one of the biggest moments of my life.

Shizuo's POV

I watch Izaya walk down the aisle and smile.

We have had some bumps in our relationship, but that just made us stronger. I'm happy I get to marry the real love of my life.

Once he gets to me we hold hands start to say our vows.

Izaya wanted this wedding to be small with our closest friends and our family members.

So that means, even though he planned everything to the placement of the rose petals, Chikage Rokujou got to watch it all as the boyfriend of our closest friend Kyohei Kadota.

After our kiss to symbolize our marriage we have a small party afterwards. There's some dancing and drinks, it was a good time.

Even Izaya meeting my family was interesting, I don't think he knew how to react when he met Kasuka.

When the party was over we say goodbye to everyone and go up to my room. Izaya walks in and falls onto my bed saying, "Man that was something, but I have a question... how is your your brother, the famous actor Yuhei even happen? He was so emotionless I didn't know want to say."

"Well, at first I was scouted by a talent scout but I obviously couldn't because of my temper and Kasuka was there so..."

"That explains nothing." He says sitting up.

"Anyway, you remember what I said would happen tonight?" I change the subject.

"Wait you were serious?! I thought you were just playing around." He says in surprise.

I shake my head no and come close to him. I lean down and kiss him passionately on the lips.

As we kiss I push him down onto the bed then pull away from him and smile.

He smiles as well and says, "I love you, Shizu-chan."

"I love you too, flea."

Tonight will be the end of a lot of painful and happy memories, but it will also be the beginning of a new ones to come.
