Soooooo here's chapter 20!!!
Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to writing. It's been quite the hectic week, what with sports and school, I've been the definition of "stressed". Anywho, it was great to escape into the world of Alex and Hayden periodically and now I'm happy to say that this chapter is finished!!! I really hope you like it. BTW, this is only slightly edited to please, ignore any gramatical mistakes. I'm sure there will be some, knowing me.
So, to make up for my absense, I will try to upload sometime before/during the weekend. Key word is try.

So basically, I freaked out the entire day before we left.
Hallie and Britt immediately rushed upstairs to my room and start screaming and jumping up and down in excitement, talking about all the things they would do once they got to Hawaii. I just sat down on my bed, completely and totally in shock.
“C’mon, Alex!” Britt begs me, her hands on my shoulders, shaking me out of the fog. “It’s freaking Hawaii!”
“I know,” I grumble, shrugging her off and falling back onto my bed. I roll over and grab a pillow, shoving my face into the intense thread-count cotton.
“So why aren’t you more excited?” Britt demands, falling next to me.
Hallie snorts before I can respond. “Please, Britt. It obviously has to do with someone who’s name starts with Hay- and ends with -den.”
I give my housemate the stink eye. “That’s not what’s bothering me, Hallie.”
“Oh? Then why did you get all flustered and blushy when my brother smirked at you downstairs? Because I’m pretty sure I wasn’t the only one who saw that.”
“I didn’t get all flustered,” I say in a defensive yet airy tone. “I just looked away from his juvenile behavior. It was annoying me.”
Hallie grins like a cat that just caught a canary. “Uh huh. Sure. Me and everyone else will pretend to believe that.”
I groan and throw a pillow in her general direction. “Leave me alone, Hals! I need to dread the upcoming week in peace!”
Hallie and Britt just laugh. “You know,” Britt starts out, “this trip could be extremely beneficial to everyone here.”
I open up one eye and glare at her. “Oh? And how do you figure that? Because I’m pretty sure I’ve got a week full of embarrassing myself to look forward to.”
“Oh stop being a drama queen,” Britt says, rolling her eyes. “What I mean is, that you and Hayden might get along allot better than normal, if you catch my drift. Then, Hallie and Dom will finally get together-” Hallie blushes at her words and suddenly becomes very interested with the hem-line of her shorts, “-and I, well, I’ll get to have some one-week fling with a random guy. It’ll be great!”
I can’t help but laugh at her off-kilter logic. I roll over onto my back and cover my face with my hands. “Britt, you need to get your head out of the clouds. Nothing is going to happen between Hayden and I.”
“I call bullshit on that,” she argues back. “You guys kissed yesterday! And, if I understand correctly, it was a pretty fracking awesome kiss.”
I bite my lip. “Yeah, it was pretty spectacular...” I admit softly, not really thinking about what I’m saying as I think back over how tight Hayden held me as he freaking rocked my world with his mouth.
