The day after the plan, Astra and Skye kept their relationship to themselves and the Lady's Knights, because they didn't feel the need to make it public yet.
The next priority was sending their new allies back home.
The two groups convened at the point at which the the airship first arrived into their world. A cliff, overlooking the opening in the valley. The perfect view of the city.
"It has been a pleasure to fight alongside the glorious Storm Hawks, your legend will live on in our Kingdom, and we hope to see you again through one way or another. If not, we wish you the best of luck on your adventures and hold the gratitude of a Queen." Princess Astra bellowed to the crowds, guards forming a barrier between the Lady's Knights, Storm Hawks, The Queen and the portal that would open.
Astra turned to the opening, and held her hand out to the space, a glow soon growing brighter from the pendant from her Crown. A portal soon started to grow.
A smile grew on the squadron's faces, they were going to home! Excitement taking over their bodies. Astra had told the guards that she would return, she wanted to explore the new world with her 6 best knights, leaving the other 6 in charge of the Kingdom in her stead.
Stork powered up the engines, the feeling of the airship becoming airborne filling everyone with excitement, and as the distance between the ship and portal decreases, everyone held hands with one another. To add to the anticipation, Stork counted down the yards to the portal until he hit zero, cuing the flash of light to follow.
All opening eyes, the familiar sites of the Terra's greeted the squadron, and welcomed the Knight's, Piper checking each of the landmarks and beacons are accounted for and accurate.
"We're back? We're actually back!" Finn cried in excitement, hugging Junko, though Junko hugging back looked less than comfortable.
Astra and the knight's looked out of the windows, astounded by the light and the elevated Terra's totally in contrast to their grounded civilization.
"You're world is beautiful!" Astra managed to say, her shock just about letting her speak. Skye walked up next to her and held her hand as they both took in the beautiful sight.
"It's too bad you don't have a more convenient way to get back and forth from worlds?" he lifted an eyebrow at her, causing her to smile in agreement. In the distance, they heard banging from the cell. It was Cyclonis, trying to get her last words in, mumbling through the walls about her going to escape and retakes the world.
However, this then sparked a memory from Astra, remembering Piper speak about them from a passing comment.
"Piper?" She turned to look at her, wondering what kind of task a Queen can appoint to her. "You once spoke about a Dragon Knight on your side. We would very much like to meet him?" She smiled at her,
"You're in luck, turns out we're not far from Sky's End. So we should be able to get there soon." Piper almost squealed in excitement.

Not much time passed before the the ship arrived at the Terra. The mechanical dragon still where they last saw it in their last venture.
Landing the ship, Rinjin walked out of the cave to greet the group.
"Storm Hawks?" He looked out in confusion. "You're back?"
"Yes, Rinjin, we have returned!" Aerrow smiled at him, trying not to overwhelm him with the entire story.
"And, you came back here?" His further confusion stayed.
"Rinjin, we have found a safe place for the dragons to live" Aerrow proposed to the Dragonknight.
