We made it to my fathers house and me and Shak just stared at the house in awe. It was huge.
"I already feel uncomfortable" I said still looking at the house.
"No wonder they're all assholes. They are living the fucking life." Shak said.
"Bitch I bet they have chefs and maids and shit." I said.
"You ain't gotta bet cause I already know they do." He said shaking his head.
My mom made the great decision of agreeing to their offer of letting us stay at their house. I'm not sure why she did that but I know for a fact that its a horrible idea. Me and Shak got out of the car when my Mom and Troy got our. We got our bags and began walking up to the porch. The door opened and my fathers wife was there smirking.
"Oh hello, it's nice that you guys made it. How was the drive?" She said stepping to the side and letting us in.
"It was good. I had time to take the best nap." My mom said.
"Oh that's good. Well Nelly should be somewhere in the house. The kids are outback by the pool. I'm cooking so if you guys wanna help I don't mind." She said shrugging her shoulders. It was kind of weird that she was being nice to us after what happened at the restaurant, but I guess people change. Imma still have my eye on her.
"I don't mind helping in the kitchen. I love cooking." My Mom said. She had a huge smile on her face.
"OK that's great. Well I'll show the kids to their room. Uuuhm you guys don't kind sharing a room do you. We didn't know you guys had a extra so we didn't prepare all of the guest bedrooms." She said walking down a hallway, then to another hallway and then we were standing in front of a elevator. A fucking elevator.
"No we don't mind at all." I said.
We all got on the elevator and it took us to the third floor. She showed us to our rooms and told us what time dinner started and if we needed anything she would be in the kitchen.
"Giiiiiirl. What is going on? I thought she was step mom from hell." He said sitting on the bed.
"Girl I thought she was the devil too. O guess Thanksgiving brings out the best in everyone." I said shrugging my shoulders and getting on the bed too.

Okay sooooooo, I haven't gone into another POV this whole story, but as of right now I'm going into outher Point of Views because I'm trying to put drama in the story with my messy ass😂 Lol anyways I feel like I owe it to you guys to give y'all this so bare with me and idk I might end the book soon and maybe there will be a sequel...idk idk don't take my word too much on it. I dead ass dedicated this chapter as a little filler and to run some stuff by y'all. But anyways I don't want this book to be 50 chapters and not getting anywhere ya know. Even though I'm pretty sure y'all would love that. So I'm bout to throw some drama in there to kind of wrap it up a little and leave a little hanging just in case I want to do a sequel to the book. Also I'm working in other stories too, so I would love y'all support. I would've been published the stories, but I want to have some chapters under the belt for y'all to read instead of having like 1 or 2 chapters then y'all gone be like awww this bitch ain't updating shit lol. But anyways look out for those new stories, I'm pretty sure I'll let y'all know exactly when I'm going to publish my other stories but just in case I don't be on the look out. I think imma wrap it up here.....yeah lol. I love y'all so much for still sticking around even if I've been shitty with the updates lately. I'm so sowry.
