Change of Plans

You didn't put much thought into putting your head on Mikasa's lap, and falling asleep. Again.

You woke up after a while to see, much to your relief, everybody was still outside and awake. You suddenly sat up, startling everyone around you. Getting up, you ran towards the bunks. You rushed inside over to your bed and pulled out the letter with your necklace. You took your necklace and put it on while taking both the letter and envelope and crumpled it up as you walked back towards the fire.

"If they want to play that game with me, fine. I'm fair game for anybody now. I want to see how this works out." you didn't know where these thoughts were coming from.

You reached the fire, getting questions about why you took off and what you were holding, then threw it in with an emotionless face. Once it started to burn you smiled creepily. Of course that last part was probably just an effect from the tea. Probably.

After you watched it burn, you went back with Sasha and Mikasa, and fell asleep.

"The hell was that?" Eren said out loud.

Sasha was petting you like a puppy to help you fall asleep.

"Why is she all of a sudden wearing her necklace?" Mikasa questioned.

More questions were being asked but you were too busy curled up by the fire, sleeping again. Hanji had walked over to the horse-drawn wagon that was full of blankets and pillows.

"Who wants to sleep under the stars tonight?" she asked with lots of enthusiasm.

"Wait really?" was the most common question being asked at once.

"Yeah you guys have the weekend off, so why not? Come get a blanket and a pillow if you want to stay out."

Everybody, besides your sleeping self, got up and got a blanket and pillow. Of course though, Eren had brought you stuff. He lifted your head and placed a pillow underneath, then put your head back down, placing a blanket over you. Purposely looking at Armin at this point, he landed a soft kiss on your forehead.

Armin felt his rage boil inside, and he wanted to hurt Eren, but decided against it as he knew he was physically no match for him, and even though he was mad at him, Eren was his friend, but he vowed to end this little game soon.

Full of rage he flipped onto his side so his back was facing Eren. Eren then fell asleep, not too far from you of course, as if he was your little protector.

"Alright, brats." Levi said as he came out onto the field without making any noise. "It's late and I can hear everyone's conversations from my room. I want you all to go to bed now. I don't care if it's out here or not, but if you get a cold, you are to stay away from me."

He walked away with Hanji following behind him. "Make sure you guys stomp out the fire and turn the logs so it doesn't keep burning while you're sleeping." she said from behind Levi's back.

Sasha watched as Levi and Hanji entered the castle. Once they were out of sight she turned to Mikasa. "Ready to get killed by [y/n] if she finds out about what we're doing?"

"Let's do it."
