I was right, it was one of the worst mornings ever. Waking up hung over was terrible and my pack members didn't help. They were laughing, talking loudly, and running by me making me stumble on my way down the stairs. I entered the kitchen to see my mom cleaning up. There was only one plate on the kitchen table. "Everybody ate but I saved you a plate" she informed as she watched the dishes. Sometimes it sucked to live in a pack. There's no privacy and I'll never get to wake up and just see my dad and mom. Have a family dinner in the dining room, if we were in the dining room then so would the other pack members. Also the dining table is too big even if we did kick everyone out if the house for dinner. "So, you didn't find your mate huh?" She asked as she now started to dry the dishes. "Nope, but I'm not worried about that. I'm worrying about being Aloha in a year" I said in between bites of my bacon. She sighed and turned around so her back was to the dishes and she was facing me. "I wish you wouldn't be so adamant about being Alpha, being Luna isn't bad" she said. "Mom, every other pack is sexist. I want us to be the first pack to have an Alpha that's female. If there is a girl heir the Alpha doesn't let them be anything until they find their mate. There are plenty of Alphas without their mates! But not one girl is allowed to take an pack position until she finds a male! And even then she doesn't have the same amount of power as her mate! An omega girl is less in position than a male, it's not fair and its sexist!" I argued, rambling on about the packs being sexist. My mom sighed and came towards me. She then pulled me into a hug. "You're a pain. But because of that, you're going to change werewolf history. Be the first girl alpha without a mate" she said proudly to me. I could see the love shining in her eyes as she pulled away from the hug. "I love you mom" I whispered. She smiled and whispered it back to me. "Nina! It's training time!" My father called from outside. I sighed and quickly finished my breakfast before chaining into a training outfit. It was a dark pink sports bra and black shorts. I was outside watching as I see more werewolves come for training. They were trained by the beta, but I was trained by my dad. Sometimes they trained us together. I got in a line with the other werewolves knowing that I was going to have to train with them. First we were supposed to run through the woods for seven minutes then run back to the house. We then ran going the fasted we could. The alpha and beta ran with us. One, so they could stay in shape. Two, because they wanted to make sure we didn't give up after a few minutes or get side tracked, they want to make sure we actually ran. I soon ended at a clearing, I was far away from everyone including my dad. That was when I heard the whistle, meaning we were supposed to head back to the house. I turned around ready to run when I noticed I was surrounded by rogues and I was too far from the pack that they couldn't smell them or hear me. They snarled at me in their ugly wolf form. They didn't look clean, their fur was caked in dirt and they had an unfriendly face that was plastered on them, making them look ugly. I sighed, I was good at fighting in human form but because I just got cat form I didn't train and I was a kitten! I couldn't beat wolves! Kitten form! I could run faster and sneak into little places! But then the rogues would still be alive. Sighing I de idea that I needed to fight. For the good of my pack even if it kills me. I got into a fighting stance and motioned for them to come at me. They looked at me like I was meat, fresh raw steak. One pounced at me, but I pushed my palm out towards his snout causing him to whine and scrunch up his face. Another one came at me going for my legs. I jumped over the wolf and landed on the third rogue. I then cracked its neck, feeling bad as I see the rogue as the animal. I love animals and killing one breaks my heart, but I had to remind myself it was a rogue and a human not a wolf. For some reason killing a human is easier for me then an animal. I go for the second wolf and grab its heart out of its chest with my cat claws. I then decided to shift into kitten form. Once I did I jumped on the rogue. Freeze the scene! A kitten on a wolf with a smile on the kittens face. It's claws dug into the wolf as the wolfs eyes are wide with surprise and the mouth open. Too bad no one could take a picture, it's funny! Unfreeze! The rogue then snarled at me and turned its head around to see me on its back. He started to run in circles, snapping at me. If you couldn't see my kitten body it would look like he was trying to chase his tail. I sat there, purring just to make it angrier. Hmm, the weird thing was that this wolf felt different. Like he wasn't rogue, but his wolf looked like it. Thinking about it, the only way to seem rogue but not really rogue is to change your wolf's appearance. He could've done that by magic... Suddenly I'm flipped off his back. Freeze scene! My mouth open like I was screaming, my eyes wide, my claws out, and my arms and legs wide open in the form of an 'x'. Unfreeze! I tried to land on all fours. I couldn't believe the rogue bucked me off him like he was a buffalo! I land on all fours but also on my face! I picked my head up to see the rogue laughing at me. No rogue laughs! Not even in wolf form. This was no rogue! I smiled as I see his snout looking a little bloody. I then saw a flicker in his wolf form. Like he was a light! All of a sudden the most gorgeous wolf stood before me. His black fur and bright green eyes looked wide with shock as he looked at his fur. He then picked his head up to look at me and then ran away from me. I watched as his figure left my sight. I felt like waving bye to him. Imagine, a kitten waving bye to a wolf! That would be hilarious!!! All of a sudden I hear a howl coming from my dad. He won't be happy when he hears about my experience.
