Chapter 13: New Couples?!

Lyca's POV

"Come on, it's only gonna be a quick one."

"No."

"Come on, jeez, it won't taste bad."

Both Marcus and I were currently nose bleeding from what we were hearing in the classroom in Cooking.

"Ugh fine, look, I'm lifting it up, it's entering my mouth."

"Good, tell me about the taste."

"Yeah yeah I'm doing it like it's almost in my mouth!!!"

We both nodded at each other and I whispered, "On the count of 3..."

"1...2...3!"

"AHA, DON'T YOU DARE TOUCH— huh...?"

"Tastes great!"

Riley jumped up and down, giving the spoon back to Zhion, who was now looking at us.

"Uh what are you guys doing?"

"Oh, we kinda sneaked in Cooking Class to just check how mg soup's doing. Why'd you guys just bust the door open anway?"

Marcus and I blushed as we try shrugging off the naughty thought we had.

"O-oh uh j-j-just checking on what you two were d-doing."

Zhion smirked as Riley went to get some more of his soup.

"Naughty minds, eh?"

"N-n-no i-it's not like that!"

He rolled his eyes and continued smirking and teasing us, jeez Lyca, why did you had to have a naughty mind!

Anyway, we all exited the classroom, for the fear of any teachers catching us.

"Jeez you guys could've been in trouble!" Marcus crossed his arms.

"Ehh, no biggy. The soup just tastes... really really really delicious..." Riley said, drooling and smiling at the thought.

"That, sassy, is how I do my dish." Zhion said, smirking and bragging it to her about it.

"Yeah yeah, you're great at it."

Anyway, it was lunch time, so I decided to find my sister, but she did say she was going to the library, so maybe hanging out with Marcus would be a good idea.

"Hang on, I'll go get some pudding."

Apparently on the table, there was only me, Marcus, Bill, Grodella, Elisa and Alec. Lyra's at the library, as well as Zhion and Riley. We kind of parted ways during lunch time.

I stood up from my seat and went to get some berry pudding, my favorite food here in the cafeteria! I got a ladle and scooped up 6 times, just so I can fill up a whole bowl. Neat! I kind of struggled on the way back to the table, good thing Marcus helped me with it.

"Thanks, Marcus!"

We started eating our lunch, though it was really unnerving to notice that both Bill and Grodella were grinning and staring at both me and Marcus.

I was tensed while eating and finishing my pudding. What is wrong with those best friends.

I leaned in and whispered, "Marcus,  this is really making me uncomfortable."

"Oh yeah? Tell me about it. They're like crazed stalkers or something.

Soon enough, we also noticed Alec and Elisa smiling— though their smiles were less creepy, they were still both looking directly at us, which still makes it so unnerving for the both of us, me and Marcus.

"Guys jeez it's creeping us out!" I retorted and quickly looking down at ny pudding, biting my lower lip. Damn, I really lost my appetite.

They stopped doing those weird stuff and just laughed.

"Sorry sorry you guys, figured we can hook you two up together if we did that." Grodella said, smiling nervously this time.

"It's okay I guess." I said looking down, trying not to make my blush be exposed or be seen by them, or something like that.

Thank goodness the bell rung, signaling that classes will start again. Today though, I have Gym class, then study hall, then classes are over.

I was disappointed to learn that Marcus has Math next though. I leaned in and whispered, "Guess I'll see you later after class."

He nodded as we all got up and went on our different ways to class.

I grabbed my gym clothes from my locker and changed quickly, eager to know what sport we will be playing today.

I shoved my uniform in my locker and closed the locker door and headed upstairs to the gym for classses, but it's locked. Maybe we will be having class in the open field downstairs.

I quickly went downstairs, until I reached the open field. There were students in there too, assuming they're my Gym Class classmates.

The teacher told us that we will be running laps for today, and then play tennis.

The laps were really tiring, cause the oval track is really massive.

After that, we all each got a tennis racket, and started finding our pairs to play with.

Since I couldn't find anybody, I was kinda thankful that a blond male suddely went and asked me to play with him. Wait, I think I know this guy!

After tennis, I approached him and asked, "Excuse me, you're Thomas right? Lavender's boyfriend?"

He blushed, "W-well sh-she isn't confirming it, but I do like her."

"Oh I'm Lyca, one of my friend, Elisa, happens to be Lavender's sister actually. Nice to meet ya!"

"Nice to meet you indeed!"

After classes were done, and it was study hall for me, I went back to my locker and grabbed my clothes to change, since it was only study hall.

Though I guess I am kind of sleep, so I took the opportunity to judt doze off and rest.

I was suddenly woken up by the bell, signaling that classes are over. I stretched my arms as I stood up my table and left the room, to wait for Marcus.

I waved as I saw him, and he did the same. He caught up to me and started walking back together.

"Hey, guess what?"

"What?"

"I met Thomas, which is a good thing! Since Elisa and Lavender are sisters, and she knows a lot of stuff about her, maybe she can help Thomas win her sister's heart!"

"That could be a pretty good idea."
