Chapter 10 - Caught

Kaneki's POV

It's 11 at night, I can't sleep, and I don't have anyone to entertain me. I'm still pissed off at Tsukiyama. It wouldn't bother me if I never saw him ever again. He could tell me he loves me, but I wouldn't believe it.

Maybe Hide could come over? We could talk. I know it's late at night, but I really need someone right now. Someone that isn't Tsukiyama.

I grab my phone off of the bedside table and dial Hide's phone number. Please pick up, please pick up! "Yo, Kaneki!" He greets. He's still awake? "Hi, you're still awake?" I ask. "Yeah, a few friends of mine and I hung out together tonight. They finally went home. Well, except for Nishiki. I think I'll have to take a broom to him," he explains.

A broom to a guy ghoul? What the hell, Hide?

"Okay, that's not weird at all," I lie, "but can you maybe come over? I need you..." "Don't you have Tsukiyama?" Hide asks. "Um, yeah, but we're mad at each other right now," I reply shamefully. Should I really tell him this much without Tsuki's consent? Wait, I'm supposed to be mad at him right now. Which I still am!

"Yeah, I'll be right over," Hide says, interrupting my thoughts. Yes! Hide is coming over! "Be very quiet," I tell him. He assures me that he will and we end our call. Maybe Hide and I can rekindle the relationship we had to leave behind tonight.

Then, erotic thoughts fill my mind. What? You thought I was innocent. That's just something I fake out in public so people will leave me alone. Hell, I'm not even a virgin anymore.

I hear someone come into the room. I look and see an outline of a guy. Then, the guy tackles me in the bed. "Guess who~" Hide whispers in my ear. I push him away and look into his eyes, "Do we have the same idea?" He nods. This is going to be fun.

Hide leans in and kisses my lips. I'm pretty much cheating on my suitor right now. Although, it doesn't bother me much since I love Hide. I did lose my virginity to him.

Before Hide can make the kiss escalate even more, I push him away. "I've missed you," he says to me. "I've missed you a lot, too," I reply. "But now we have time alone." "Well, Tsukiyama is just in the next room," Hide points out. "Then we'll have to be quiet," I whisper. And no, I'm not talking about sex.

But, Hide thinks I am. He leans in once again and begins to roughly kiss my neck, occasionally biting the sensitive skin. "H-Hide, stop," I moan out. "You wanted this, didn't you?" He asks seductively. Yes! "No!" I reply shakily. Yet, Hide continues.

"What the hell is going on?" Someone demands. It's, Tsukiyama. I push Hide away from me again. "Hide? Kaneki? What the hell?" Tsuki yells. I try to hide, but it doesn't work. "Hide, get out of here, now," Tsuki demands. Hide and I say silent goodbyes as he leaves the room.

"You have a lot of explaining to do," Tsukiyama says. "Why was Hide doing that to you?" "Because you wouldn't give it to me," I reply. "So you thought you could get it from Hide?" He asks. "He's given it to me before," I reply, probably pissing him off.

Tsuki sighs, "I'm too tired to deal with this tonight." He exits the room. I sigh too and close my eyes. Maybe some sleep will help this situation.
