I wake up to my phone ringing, I look at it to see Alex's name on the screen.
"Hey babe." I say as I put the phone on speaker.
"Babe, I miss you. Why aren't you at school?"
"My dad is letting me stay home until tomorrow, but I'll see you then ok, baby?" I make my voice as joyful as I can, hoping she won't realize that she woke me up.
"Ugh, fine but you better be here."
"Oh yeah, and what if I'm not."
"I'm breaking up with you if you aren't here." Alex says as she bursts into laughter.
