Mesmerized by your beauty I sit and silently observe because no words can express how in love with you I am.
It wasn't until this moment that I realized it,
but abruptly all the moments preceding this seemed to be leading to this
and the only future I could see was yours intwined with my own.
In this moment I loved you for the way you walked across the wood floor in socks that bunched at your ankles and bobbed along to a song that you created.
And also for the way you talk low and raspy- words rolling off your tongue and inking themselves into my skin,
the way you sing from your very core even when your only audience is the shower head and shampoo bottles,
the way your hands are large but fingertips touch so gently and move intricately,
the way you naturally walk slantedly and clumsily but somehow manage to be more captivating than models on runways,
the way your lips curve into a crooked smile and create the indent of your dimples,
the way your orbs look upon everyone as if they are the single most important person you've ever met,
the way your collarbones peek out from your oversized hoodies,
the way you pretend you know how to dance,
the way you run your fingers through the curly ends of your hair,
the way your chuckle is deep and infectious,
and most importantly for the way you make me feel: flamboyant, care free, and happy.
As I sit here oriented towards you I realize I want to memorize every part of you there is and give you all the love I had ever felt because never had I before known such beauty.
