Sooooo I found two characters which look awfully close to Gwendal.
This is a cover to a book of mine which I unfortunately didn't work on for a loooong while... he is based off someone from Detective Conan named Kaito 1412, aka The Phantom Thief Kid (btw I base Gwendal off Phantom Thief Kid too XD)

This guy looks similar but not the same. All I know is, I think he's a villain. Also he's based off the same person.

Yes his monocle string goes to his ear. It has an ear bud for a communication device.
