Silver: Huh? What do you mean? What's going on?
Sarah: Weeeeell....I know who one of your ancestors are. *grins nervously*
Silver: Really?? Please tell me about them! *looks intently at Sarah in anticipation and curiosity*
???: Hahahahahahahaha! Oh naive creatures of this world! Do you think it would really be wise to tell him about his ancestry? You already know of his reaction to come so why sacrifice his own timeline?
*Sarah and Silver turn around, shocked to see someone they didn't expect to see*
Silver: Mephiles!!!! What're you doing here?
Sarah: Yeah! And what do you mean by sacrifice his own timeline?
Mephiles: Hmph... And you have a burning desire to become a detective but obviously...you're not very smart. If you tell him about his ancestor and if they turn out to be not in his favor, he may destroy them in anger, thus defeating his own timeline along with himself...
Sarah: Oh..... crap!
Mephiles: Though I could care less whether Silver dies or not, I would be very amused to see it be caused by one of his closest friends.
Silver: Grr! You're wrong, Mephiles! Now leave, before I start a fight!
Mephiles: Hahahahahahahaha! Do you believe you could beat me? Very unlikely! I'll be seeing you again soon, Silver, unless...you end up dead! *disappears into smoke*
Silver: ugh... I don't care what he says... I want to know... Who is one of my ancestors?
Sarah: Ok...promise me you won't freak out... You're ancestor is- *pulls out picture* Gwendal the Hedgehog.

Silver: O.o W-what?! But- he's an enemy! A-a villain!
Sarah: Don't worry. It's not like you're a villain because of him.
Silver: Sarah!
Sarah: I'm sorry! It just- it just fit ok! Let me explain. Firstly, the appearance. Gwendal has black fur with brown eyes and white chest fur. You have silver-white fur with yellow like eyes and white chest fur. Over years and years, don't you think his black fur and brown eyes would become less dominant and less pigmented? It's possible, but your fur and eyes could be different due to having so many different kinds of ancestral possibilities after Gwendal or Gwendal's genes, just less pigmented. Not to mention you and Gwendal both have white chest fur. Maybe not in the same exact style but still, white chest fur. The style of his quills were passed down as well and at some point you probably saw a family member with the style so you used the same style. Something like that.
Silver: Ok.... But there's gotta be more to it!
Sarah: oh there is! Next let me tell you about your personality. Gwendal's personality probably influenced his family quite well since you guys are similar, well minus the being evil part. Gwendal is actually kind, caring, will do anything for his friends, can get aggressive sometimes, has the willingness to fight and never gives up, and more! You guys share similar personality traits so you see the similarities?
Silver: ...
Sarah: also, powers-
Silver: No way! I can't believe that for one second! How do we relate with powers? He doesn't have any.
Sarah: I was about to explain that. Your powers actually came from Gwendal.
Silver: Impossible!
Sarah: Nope! You see, Gwendal has this curse where, when he laughs, an unknown force draws in any nearby objects and whacks him very hard! Also if he feels happy, even a wee bit, he will feel excruciating electrocuting pain that pulses throughout his body. It gets more worse the happier he gets. You don't notice because he is a pro at trying to play it cool. When he turns into his dark form though, that laughter he bottled up is used as his dark form's energy causing him to insanely laugh the entire amount of time he has ever bottled up laughter. It can last for hours even! In this form, his laughter activates his curse but he can control the objects he attracts this time, throwing them and controlling them like you do with objects. It's a lot like telekinesis and psychokinesis. That's where it comes from. Your power derives from his dark form and curse that was locked inside him. You get some of your psychic abilities from Curse, Gwendal's second AND most powerful dark form, too although you don't have his fire abilities. Gwendal has the ability to use his mind in so many ways like you do but he never discovered that power about himself. His ongoing lineage discovers it though and train themselves to use psychic abilities. There may be some things I'm missing but that's the majors properties about all this.
Silver: I see... listen, I gotta go- uh, I need to be alone for a bit....
Sarah: :( ...Ok, I'm sorry I upset you.... *turns to readers* So what'd ya guys think of the comparisons i made? I would've gone in more details but I'm beat 😴
